I love the fact that they open early to get a breakfast drink in the morning. Sometimes, I just do not want food and a smoothie is perfect.

I come here all the time, but today I waited for a very long time to receive my smoothie bowl and there was not any customers. My item wasn't even prepared correctly! You guys have to do better! The young kids in there working and making folks not want to return!

I’ve been going to Pulp for many years and it seems the quality of their food and smoothies have went down, I had an issue the other day where I asked for bananas not to be put in my smoothie so i requested to speak with a supervisor. He was very nonchalant and rude,and talk to me, as if I was lying about having banana flavor in my smoothie !! Which is not how you should treat your customers that come and spend their hard earned money when I could have went somewhere else… I will not be a supporter of Pulp anymore moving forward!! Keep in mind the customers are the ones that keep you guys in business.

I have been too many Pulp locations throughout the region and I must say that the Mayfield, OH location is the worst regarding food products. The Asian chicken wrap was disgusting and the smoothie was closer to the consistency of juice.

This is a great pulp but the fact that they don’t open until 8 is completely stupid. My wife and probably hundreds of other people would like to grab a smoothie on the way to work. And she starts at 8. Any place that serves coffee, breakfast or smoothies should be open by 7.

Fantastic smoothies and food, very friendly and helpful employees, and fast preparation. Even other customers are friendly and converse with the workers.

I’ve always had a good experience here and always given 5 stars but today I was there to pick up my order which I placed on door dash. I joined the line and was told it’s been prepared. I waited patiently and when the order was ready the lady kept it in the fridge and I asked her I was waiting the African American lady rudely told me to go join the line again and won’t even listen when I told her I had already queued and was just waiting to collect my order. Customer service and empathy is part of business which this lady clearly didn’t have.

Morning visit for my son who had just had his wisdom teeth extracted.
Not too crowded. The young lady taking my order, barley acknowledged mu presence when I walked in and the took quite awhile to take my order.
Order was correct. Customer service is lacking

So let me begin with this so I caught up there and all I could hear was a lot of background noise and I remember the lady before hanging up on me saying I can’t take any calls right now. Placed your order online. I’m the owner and hung up so I called back and told her that was really rude and that I was only five minutes away, so she said I can take your order. Just give me a minute so I get in there. She was very rude. She banned me because I told her that working in the customer service industry you have to have patience. Do you not know as I was walking outside, a white police officer pulled up and I am not racist, but I had to tell what color he was because she came out and told him, sir am I able to have the right as this being my business to ban her like lady he was not just saying that before I paid and purchased my drink. I wish you would have told me that was bad. I wouldn’t never even pulled up. You still service me, though you still took my money, but telling one police officer I’m being I do not have to come back to that store. You are racist and I don’t like how you was treating your black coworker by talking to her rude like I would’ve been quit and you are really rude and people work hard for their money to invest into businesses with snotty mouth like you. You are a lie I only met your energy at the end because you were really rude and disrespectful. I came in very respectful. You didn’t like that. I said that you have to have patience working in customer service like that you think just because you’re the owner you can treat people like that who spending their hard earned money the audacity you had when that police cop pulled up. He was looking at you like you was crazy woman have a good life. It’s 1000 pulp

I don't remember what the name of the girl who served me was, but I'll give details so managers can find her and give her a raise:
I think she had brown hair, I told her her eyelashes were pretty and she told me she uses Sky High mascara.

Anyway I asked for suggestions so she asked for my fav fruits. Then she personalized a drink she thought I'd like (strawberry extreme with added mango). Her and another girl watched me take my first sip bc I told them I'd tell them if I liked it then and there ? it was BOMB. Whoever you are, that was killer. Thank you so much. I plan to come back for that smoothie again.

I only order the orange ginger elixir..been doing so for two years. Always liked the mayfield location..very close to my home. The owner is unprofessional..I only knew she was the owner because she made sure she told me that after going back and forth with me about extra ginger. I wanted more ginger in my smoothie…I said that when I paid for it. I went another time and again the owner did the same thing and her staff told her that I paid for extra extra ginger. If your business is taking a lost it is not the ginger. The customer should not have to feel harassed over ginger.
