Employees were polite enough and the drive through set up is nice, but the food is hot garbage. Tiny chicken tenders, stale tasting fries, ridiculously small portion sizes.
I bought the 3 tender combo, and when they handed it to me, it was light as air. Portion was ridiculously small, I would never pay $10 for that amount of food. Employees confirmed that the chicken tenders were their standard size. I've heard people rave about Raising Cane's, but clearly they've gone downhill. Shrinkflation at its finest.
Fast food restaurants need to learn that they can't be both expensive and crappy. I won't be back.

I have been to many raising Cane‘s and I have ordered just a side of fries as a meal. It’s always been a decent amount. It’s three dollars for a fry. This is the amount they gave me and I said something to them and I ended up ordering another order of fries so six dollars for. The same amount of fries that come in any meal so for the price of a meal I have the same amount of fries that comes with meals I don’t even know why they gave me a big box

Disgustingly dirty inside. I’m sorry to say, it was the dirtiest fast food restaurant I have been to.
Instead of allowing employees to stand idly or engage in inappropriate behavior, they could have been put to better use by cleaning the toilet paper and paper towels from the floor. Here’s a list of items that needed cleaning:
All the tables were disgustingly dirty. I had to sit outside in the cold because those tables were at least being cleaned by the birds.
The floors were very sticky, to the point that my slide got stuck and nearly came off my foot (seriously).
To keep it simple, the bathrooms would have been better off using a porta-potty.
My fear is that if this is what they were allowing the public to see, what else is being hidden behind the counter…
P.S. I also found hair in the food.

Expect subpar cooked food half the time, but ultimately expect rude and robotic attitude. Disgusted by the amount of time it takes for a drive through. Associates waving to cats in the drive-through to leave. I have NEVER seen that before in my life. Almost as bad as the Taco Bell that used to close at 11:30 some nights. Takes orders ahead of mine but then leaves a line of cars forgotten. Wild...

I only come here because my family loves it. Every tender has the cartilage pieces in it, and now the tenders are super small. I only get an order of bread and fries now to dip in the sauce if Im really hungry....

Ordering online is a breeze & my orders have always been on time and hot & fresh. Staff are friendly and though we haven't dined in, place looks clean.

From the time I walked in, until the time I walked out we witnessed and experienced the best fast food experience I’ve had in my life. A young gentleman named James helped us out when we went and ordered and was extremely nice and professional. After we received our food another young gentleman whose name we did not get stopped and asked us how our food was as a manager would do if you were at a high end restaurant which was great. As we ate our food we noticed that James was helping an elderly woman to her car. Me and my girlfriend both looked at each other and in unison said “ whatever they are making it is not enough”. If I were to recommend any location in Ohio it would be this location if I could give 10 stars I would.
