Soooo disappointed today! We've eaten here often...always, ALWAYS phenomenal. Today? Not so much...We had a party of 6, per usual. Waited an hour for food! I ordered shrimp & grits...grits undercooked, poached egg overcooked. So disappointed.

First time at a Scramblers, it was a good choice for meeting my step daughter after our night shift jobs. We got there around 6:35am just after they opened and it wasn't busy for a Tuesday morning.
Service was great. We both had the Scramblers Poutine from their 'Spring/Summer' seasonal sensations menu. I'd say it should stay on the regular menu as it was a great dish. Very tasty.
It was about $30 for the both of us, prices being what they are these days.

Good, appealing food with generous portions. Our server, Owen, was attentive and courteous.
I did an online order and when I processed payment it said the information was wrong and still charged my card. There is a pop up that says this will happen and the charge will be reversed in a few days, but this is extremely inconvenient and it makes absolutely ZERO sense.

The food is ok. Eggs are the best. Potatoes were half cooked almost not edible. Bacon was like tough leather. Pancakes were decent. The waitress tries to remember your order but will forget some of it. Restaurant is beautiful so they get a 5 star for atmosphere.
