I was honestly shocked by how dirty this café is. The tables are sticky and visibly dirty. The dishes were not clean. The restroom is in terrible condition — extremely dirty, despite the café being newly opened. It feels like the cleanliness has been neglected for years.
As for the food — it’s just food. Nothing special. I’ll see how my stomach reacts.
On a positive note, the service is excellent. The women working there are friendly, smiling, and very attentive.
Something seriously needs to be done about cleanliness, especially the dishes and tables. Good service alone cannot compensate for this.

I use to love this place. Two omelets for breakfast = $40.00. My spinach/portobello mushroom omelet was flat and tasteless and hasbrowns were under cooked. The place has gone down hill from my last visit, in my honest opinion. I don't know who's cooking but seriously, I can make a better FLUFFY, tasty omelet on my worst day. Live and learn, won't be back! On a positive side, the server was friendly and attentive.

We visited last week while in town. The breakfast & service was great. There was only one server and she handled all of it on her own very well. She had individual tables & a party. Highly recommend them for breakfast.

What a disaster of a restaurant.Waited a very long time for our food. We, as well as many other people ate with their winter coats on, it was extremely cold inside. Ordered a crispy chicken salad. It was missing the cucumber and the hard boiled egg. Brought that to our waitresses attention, she was gone for quite a long time. Returned with a poor excuse of an egg, and stated the cucumber was not delivered on their truck. Ranch dressing was of poor quality. The double decker BLT was a mess. Bacon was not cooked and the mayo was sour. The bathrooms were gross and no hot water. When I left, I asked an employee what the temperature was set at in the restaurant, she replied, they haven't figured out how to turn it up. Will NEVER go back.

Charlie and Dy'amond both deserve management positions. They were extremely organized amidst a very busy high customer traffic day. I have not seen such competence and poise under pressure in a very long time. Charlie knew how to multi task and she is a born leader. I am from out of town about 4 hours away and I will return here so long as these two young ladies are a part of this company. I truly hope they recieve the recognition they so duly deserve not just a pat on the back but real tangible promotion in this company. Charlie and Dy'amond you two are a true asset to this company. Kudos to you both you made my experience in Northeast Ohio worth it. You have a customer for a life time!! And the food was AWESOME 👌

Never again! They brought out the food my bacon was literally black I couldn’t even believe they served it to me. I told them I don’t like it crunchy to take it back and they brought it back out undercooked so I said forget it. Asked for my eggs scrambled well they were extremely stiff, didn’t eat those either. We spent almost $80 on breakfast for 4 two of them were kids. EVERYTHING IS A LA CARTE!!! Don’t waste your time on this place trust me.

This breakfast plate is so tasty, fruit salad not as much. Get the potato pieces instead. The atmosphere is upbeat and most of the staff are kind and engaging. I have had the pleasure of interacting with some of the staff on multiple occasions here and couldn't imaging dining without them. Sofija, Melissa, Logan, Julie, Owen and Daniel, you all do a wonderful job!

I ordered breakfast take-out for the family. We got a breakfast taco, a sandwich, and our usual crab cake Benny. The taco and sandwich are normal, but the crab cake Benny was quite a shock to us. Instead of a poached egg with toppings like tomatoes and chopped veggies, we were presented with the muffin & crab cake topped with a pair of sunny side up eggs with nothing else. They even asked if we were OK with toppings and we said yes.
I have moved in the area for 14 years. This place used to be our go-to spot. The quality of the food diminishs over time, and each time we want give it another chance turned out to be more an reinforcement why to not return.
Side note: I'm not sure what to make of it, but the 3 orders that we placed yielded us 12 sides of toasts, which is generous but unnecessary? No jams included tho despite requested.
