I usually come in here on a normal basis. I’ve stopped coming so much due to a rude worker. Every time I order online she does not give me my correct extra portions that I pay for. I’ve spoken to management about it and they made her add more portions. But she has argued with me about the portions as if I’m not a regular here! Well Today 11/8/25 I was greater by a gentleman I’ve never seen before. Very nice and respectful and made my bowl correctly! This is customer service. I’m not sure how the other lady is still employed there honestly.

Wow! My smoothie is the best smoothie I’ve ever had! I don’t feel guilty about drinking it because it’s healthy for you ! I ordered on my Smoothie King App, and I was able to pick up my order immediately. I was greeted immediately and I was quickly taken care of. Thank you!

I got an angel food smoothie. No taste. VERY VERY BLAND. Thick with no flavor. Never had I experienced being extremely thirsty after drinking a smoothie.

VERY rude... from the time I walked in the door no one greeted me one person was making a smoothie AND the other person was doing some stocking and it was no one else in the store so you can't make me think that y'all was that busy that you couldn't even tell me I'll be right with you hold on or anything as I approach the counter I stood there for about a minute and no one still said anything me so I left. I ended going to Pulp where they greeted me as I walked in the door and was very nice.

Im not sure whats been going on lately but my smoothies have been watery or thick with no flavor like it just tastes bland… ive been coming to this location for years and it doesn’t taste how it used to. It takes them a while to make it because its only 1 person working there and by that time Im ready to go & dont even want it remade this is my 3rd time giving it a try since its been tasting off.
