VERY rude... from the time I walked in the door no one greeted me one person was making a smoothie AND the other person was doing some stocking and it was no one else in the store so you can't make me think that y'all was that busy that you couldn't even tell me I'll be right with you hold on or anything as I approach the counter I stood there for about a minute and no one still said anything me so I left. I ended going to Pulp where they greeted me as I walked in the door and was very nice.

Im not sure whats been going on lately but my smoothies have been watery or thick with no flavor like it just tastes bland… ive been coming to this location for years and it doesn’t taste how it used to. It takes them a while to make it because its only 1 person working there and by that time Im ready to go & dont even want it remade this is my 3rd time giving it a try since its been tasting off.

Went to grab a bowl from this place today, was asking them how their day was if they were busy you know small talk and the girl was completely standoofish and unpersonable. But that’s ok you never know what kind of day someone’s having. Even left them a tip! Left and my bowl accidentally dropped on the ground later. Called them letting them know I can bring it back it’s just completely open inside the bag so they don’t think I’m lying or anything right, I have proof. She was offering no options for me. I was the one offering her options for what she can possibly do! I asked if they can remake it, no. If they can give me a refund, no. All they offered was a small smoothie in its place when I payed like $12 for this bowl. Mistakes happen, it dropped on the floor what am I supposed to do. I was so courteous and nice to them and even tipped and they offered me no help whatsoever.. horrible customer service

I’ve been coming here every day ( workday ) for over a year and this place has always been the best… until recently… they have an entire new staff and it just isn’t the same.. I left today without my smoothie because they couldn’t apply my discount t that I’ve earned from spending so much money there smh.. guess I’ll have to find another location now

We stopped here today 08/27/24 around 2pm. The employees were literally on the phone while preparing orders and the music was way too load. The smoothies were not made correctly. Unacceptable!!!!!
