Out of town working for a storm that came thru drove 20 mins to this location arrived at 6:30 to walk in the door and be told “we are closed” as the man walked in the back and left me standing in the store for 5 mins until he finally came back out, I said you guys close at 7 it’s only 6:35 he then said what do you want I said a smoothie he was throwing stuff around and slamming stuff really was uncomfortable I felt almost as if he was so mad he might of put something harmful in my smoothie I didn’t even drink it horrible experience and waste of money, take the extra 3 mins and drive to Pulp juice and smoothie bar. Brian Barkley needs to work somewhere else if he isn’t happy there.

Yestersay I went in to use a Birthday coupon that was tailored to me. On the coupon it says NOTHING about you can only use it at certain stores because of Smoothie King being a chain restaurant or whatever?I’ve been going to Smoothie King from the beginning it opened. I have used my app countless of times and redeemed points. I have also used the birthday reward multiple times as well! Get a 20oz smoothie, ANY smoothie of your choice for $2. When I couldn’t find it in my app for a barcode I asked the cashier what should I do since it was in my email, and I have all month, like the coupon says, to redeem it. She wasn’t sure and called over Tim who happened to be management. Instead of Tim politely stating “You can’t use the coupon without a barcode” he said “ I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU ! CALL I. T. “. I looked at him with a weird quizzical look and asked why would I call IT. I brought my ID and I showed you the coupon from my email. It says smoothie king. He said, “That’s not us, it’s another smoothie king so you can go somewhere else”! He started yelling louder and I asked “why are you acting this way with me, don’t disrespect me. It’s just a coupon. So is this not smoothie king, because if this isn’t your company than this is false advertisement”. Which led him to kick me out of his store and ended with a screaming match between us two. The level of disrespect was revolting, and demeaning. I’ve had rude customers before working retail for years myself but never the other way around to the point where I felt I needed to defend myself.I don’t know what happened or why Tim decided to get all excited about something Smoothie King promoted like they do every year, and I also DO not EVER remember seeing this man who is now the face of Smoothie King, but if this is how management treats customers over something the company sends out to loyal customers Lol. I don’t want it!The teenagers had more common sense and better customer service than this man.Good luck smoothie king!

I ordered my usual smoothie but it was watery and not at all what it usually was. it was watery and tasted like there was missing ingredients. i live in a different state so this isn't my usual location. The workers didn't seem happy to be there and you could tell by the smoothie.

Came here once on Fri at 7:45 a.m and again today at 8:15 a.m. Smoothies are good but the employee interaction with me was for crap. Sitting on the counter when I arrived, no greeting whatsoever was given. I have never been here before yesterday and will not come back. I realize establishments need ppl but are they hiring just anyone with zero personality and customer service skills?

Sometimes the smoothies are great and sometimes they are just okay. They just lack consistency in the product that they produce.

I’ve been coming here for years but service and quality have really fallen off a cliff. Was just in and no one looked like they had any clue what they were doing. I watched one person blend my smoothie for ten minutes straight because they couldn’t pour it out of the pitcher. Both of the smoothies were watery and terrible. When I called to ask for a refund I was hung up on. I’ll never be back

Visited early in the lunch rush. I was able to order and get my smoothie in less than 5 minutes. The place is clean and organized. Shelves were fully stocked with snacks, supplements, and vitamins.
