6 bucks for tiny cup of chi.. complete rip off.. I have visit many other locations and I’ll get I large for 6.45.. never ever again at this location..

Drink took forever to come out, 5 minutes past the latest estimate. And they screwed it up. It's not hard to not add ice to a no ice drink. Never had issues at Som Center. Their rating is higher for obvious reasons. Go there.

The atmosphere of this place gave me thoughts of being on vacation in a tropical climate. Went on a Sunday morning with my girlfriend. Quiet. Sat outside in the semi-covered seating area. It was very calming and we enjoyed our drinks.

I come here often and usually receive good and friendly service. I went there the morning and the person that took my order in the drive through is not friendly she took my order and did not add my cinnamon nor caramel drizzle and she was like it that all and she asked me is that all and I said yes and she i didnt hear you🤦. I also noticed whenever she is taking orders it never shows up on the screen which I think is on purpose. She needs to go back in training and learn how to deal with the public and have better customer service skills. I never have a problem with anyone else there!

I love this location! It’s my go to for my daily Starbucks. The staff is always super nice. I wish they had later hours. 8:30 seems early for a coffee shop to close. Otherwise, I love this Starbucks!

I had the worst drive through encounter. I pulled into the second drive thru lane because no one was there, there was no signage stating it wasn’t open. I get to the window, the girl starts to take my order and then someone else gets on the mic and says they cannot take my order and that since I didn’t place a mobile order I cannot place an order … I used to work at Starbucks and the way I was treated today by that girl who jumped on the headset, I am extremely disappointed about what this store has turned into.

Food is overpriced and small portioned. Coffee is consistent in flavor and heat but more for the boutique lovers who add lots to their coffee latte . We need more coffee shops that are pleasant for meeting friends and business. With people who also love coffee.
