Burger King Foot Lettuce Location. This was where the Burger King Foot Lettuce pic was taken. I came here and there was foot fungus in the lettuce. Other than that it was amazing. RIP to a legend.

Placed an order on the app, went to the store to pick it up and was told they couldn’t fulfill the order because they were out of stock of the nachos trays. I was offered a sub instead but that’s not what I wanted. I asked the employee if she could cancel the order because customer service on the app is nonexistent, she advised me I had to do it on my end from the app. I had no luck whatsoever on trying to get the order cancelled and refunded, and the chatbot they do have just took all my information and told me to look out for an email (which I still haven’t received). After almost an hour, I called the store back and was passed off to someone else who put me on hold then came back and said they couldn’t figure out how to cancel the order and gave me their managers phone number for me to call them. I called the manager twice with no answer, I even left a voicemail. I called the store again the following day and they just don’t answer. I still haven’t gotten a refund and according to my app, the store made it look like my order was picked up. I’m highly disappointed and this isn’t the first time this store has either made a mistake or been rude but I try to give them the benefit of the doubt. I won’t be back, but I’m sure they could care less.

The young dude working today around 5pm ish did a great job. We are trying to get my daughter to talk to other ppl and not be shy and he took the time to be polite and show a lot of patience and I really appreciate that. This location is hit or miss but he deserves recognition

I went and got a chicken bacon ranch sub and added steak they made my sub with steak chicken and no bacon they made me pay extra for the steak but didn't add bacon I'm very upset with my experience last time I went there there was different employees who made my sub really good I recommend watching out for certain employees that are making your sub

I went in to get my normal sandwich, and for some reason my experience was so weird. They didn't ask the normal questions. They assumed what I wanted on my sandwich without asking. It was a weird encounter. The last time I went was fine and good. Just this time was weird because there were different employees. You have to watch the employees you run into. Completely incompetent staff. I showed up to pick up two subs and they reversed the toppings on the two subs. I was the only customer there, and it took 15 minutes to actually get the food. Pathetic.

So I went to pay for my order at this location. When I went to pay I wanted to use my cash app card that had only 20$ on it. The cashier told me to pay the difference which was 5$. When I went to use my card to pay the difference it took the whole thing. I’m like what happened? The cashier say I told you before what I was trying to do. He was suppose to take 5$ off. He would not admit to being wrong. The problem I have with him was him treating me like I was wrong. He didn’t have any accountability on him charging my card the wrong amount. Which I didn’t appreciate especially when it’s about money.

The manager wasn't pleasant and I had a coupon for a discounted meal she said they don't except coupons for this location which I think is stupid because it has subway brand name! I will not patronize this location again!
