Completely incompetent staff. I showed up to pick up two subs and they reversed the toppings on the two subs. I was the only customer there, and it took 15 minutes to actually get the food. Pathetic.

So I went to pay for my order at this location. When I went to pay I wanted to use my cash app card that had only 20$ on it. The cashier told me to pay the difference which was 5$. When I went to use my card to pay the difference it took the whole thing. I’m like what happened? The cashier say I told you before what I was trying to do. He was suppose to take 5$ off. He would not admit to being wrong. The problem I have with him was him treating me like I was wrong. He didn’t have any accountability on him charging my card the wrong amount. Which I didn’t appreciate especially when it’s about money.

So I walked in. The lady doesn’t greet or say anything with EYE contact. I asked if the footlongs are still available. Only because I haven’t been to subway in 7 years give or take. She says to look at the menu behind her and then talk in her Bluetooth. I’m ready and she continues to ignore me for 2-5 minutes in line. Then I believe it’s her manager who has a wonderful personality. Took my order. The food doesn’t have any taste. Can’t even taste the salt or pepper or the oil and vinegar on my sandwich.

Absolutely worst customer service in history of customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would .The manager lady there is one of the rudest most disrespectful, racist people I’ve ever met in my life. I walked into the store around 11:30 am and she was cleaning the drink fountain, and there was no one else in the store. She didn’t say anything to me, and proceeded to clean. I waited for 2 minutes before I left. She did not say hold on, or she’ll be with me in just a minute, she just looked at me and gave me a dirty nasty look. Very unprofessional to say the least. She really needs to be fired. DO NOT go to this subway

I went to this place in the middle of February around 6pm and there was a dark red headed older lady working there. She had the worst attitude(I’ve been here a few times and have never had a terrible experience.) I asked for a salad with extra spinach and she told me they only allow a certain amount, then she was stingy with everything she put on my sub as well. Also, she put a couple of utensils in my bag for the salad and I told her I wanted another type of utensil and she dug through my bag looking for the utensil saying she had already given me the utensil. It was so unsanitary and disgusting. This lady either has a bad attitude and/or she’s racist.

The owner made my sandwich with a terrible attitude. I asked him to change his gloves after he went around touching everything while making my sandwich. He got very upset and condescending with me, when I asked him to change his disgusting gloves. I will not be back here.
