Place was empty, waited more than 20 min to be greeted by waitress. She took another table that just got there. People in front of me complaining to Manager. Which he had on apron, that says he short staffed cuz he can't run the restaurant from behind the line. When I asked the hostess who my waitress was, she said I don't know but I'll get your drinks. Um, a hostess should know who she is seating. Part of the job. They need help to say the least. Girl at the bar shirt was too little. Stomach hanging out, everyone wearing spandex instead of pants. Not to mention. I noticed hand print on glass. Unclean in a lot of areas. Very uninviting. Will not go back there unless the staff changes. I will be telling my family and friends

Never been to this location or this restaurant for that matter because I’m not from the area. We were seated by a not so friendly host in a section with a few other tables. Sat there for 15 minutes while two other waitresses were trying to figure out which one of them was going to take which table. I understand everyone has off days but the host could’ve at least pitched in and got our drinks. Guess I wasn’t missing much after all.

The food was Hot & tasteful. The restaurant needs updates has a smell. The bar area wasn't clean.one of the TV's wasnt working.

We waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged for anyone to seat us. Then we sat another 10 minutes before anyone came to take our order. When we ordered, the drinks came two minutes before the meal did. And it took a half hour for the food to come out to us! We came in at 12:30. Finally served food at 1:15ish. We almost considered leaving to go to eat somewhere else. There was one waitress and one bartender. Both kept ignoring people waiting to be seated and they left their business phone ringing off the hook the whole time we were there. And it was freezing in the restaurant like there was no heat on. We ate in our coats the whole time. Food was ok, nothing to get super excited about. So cold in there that the food went cold instantly. Not a good experience at all. The place was also dirty and menus were falling apart and sticking together. So disappointing.

I would put 0/5 stars if I could. Besides the fact we stood waiting for a table and 3 people that worked there ignored us. Then 2 more acknowledged us and didn’t seat us. We waited for 7 minutes to be seated and there were a total of 8 customers in the entire restaurant at 445 pm. Our server took forever to bring us anything that was ordered. They messed up both of my children’s orders. My burger tastes like it had chemicals on it.y husband tried it and agreed. We told the waitress and didn’t eat it. No manager came over and they didn’t take it off the bill. It took forever to get the check. Do not go here. Food and service are abysmal.

My waitress was very sweet. The restaurant was kind of dark. Maybe they are trying to give it a Pub atmosphere. The music was super loud and not real good in fact it was irritating. Not sure if I'll come back to this location. The food was delicious. I always have good food here it's just the atmosphere I wasn't comfortable with

Normally I would rate them a 5 but this time the service was horrible the waitress was fairly new and wasn't really able to handle here section of customers. I had to call the manager over to discuss my service, my drink or lack of an my food she was nice of to remake my drink and handle our meal free of charge for us being so patient and understanding about the waitress being new, I told her I get it we all had to start somewhere and jobs are hard to come by. Just have to be patient with her.

If I could give a zero, I would. Went for lunch. Less than 10 people in whole restaurant. Food bad and coffee was syrup it was strong. Waitress never even came to ask how things were. Only saw her for the bill. I am sure it will close. Wont go back. Save your $ go some place else.

Horrible experience every time I come to this location. I was seated immediately but it took 30 minutes before a server even came and introduced themselves and offer a drink. I had to speak to a manager 2 extra times before my order was even taken. The food came within a respectable time but the food was awful. I ordered the southern chicken sandwhich and it was awfully greasy, all of the vegetables were super soggy. My wife ordered the boneless barbecue wings and they were extremely spicy for it to be a barbecue sauce. When I expressed how unhappy with my meals the server and manager brushed the situation off and made every possible excuse. I’m sure they wouldn’t even have fed their dog what they had served me. Would not recommend this location at all and this is not my first horrible experience with this location !!!!

We were there for lunch. They were not busy at all. We ordered a soup and a salad. That's all. Took an extremely long time to come out. Way to long for lunch time. Salad was fine but the onions in the French Onion soap were not cooked all the way. Overall, there needs to be more urgency from the staff during lunch

The food was awesome and our waitress was also amazing. Food came out in a timely manner and served hot. Waitress was very attentive. I recommend mayfield location to all who wants good quality food and service.

My sister and I went there on New Year's Eve for dinner around 5:00. There was hardly anyone else in the restaurant. Our waitress, Azaria, was horrible. We ordered salads along with our dinners and she brought those to us, 30 minutes after ordering, with our dinners. Who brings the salad WITH dinner?? So, we sent the salads back. Our meals were awesome, though. Our waitress never came back to our table, not once. Not to check on us, not to get refills, not at all. We had to flag her down to get our check and then she never came back again! We had to have a different employee ring us out. Very horrible service. Pretty sure we were the only table she had and she screwed up, big time! Props to the cook though!!

Let me start by saying if the food wasn't as good as it was this would have gotten one star. The waitress was awful. She seemed mad at us because we weren't ordering an appetizer. We placed our order, ordered an entree and a salad....35 minutes later we still hadn't gotten our salad....5 minutes later.....she brings our salad and entree....I told her I didn't want the salad with my entree cause the food would get cold.... She took the salads back and we never saw her again...... We had to flag down the hostess to get our check.... Waitress never came back to our table again...never asked how our meal was... If we wanted more drinks. Nothing...... The hostess again took our credit cards. She did nothing... Wish we could have tipped the hostess.

Service was very bad. Took 45 minutes to get 2 burgers, a chicken sandwich and chicken tenders. Drink refills too 30 minutes. Blasting rap music over the store system, whatever, I mean who doesnt like a good beat. However, way to loud for dinner. Other guest actually had to getup and get drinks from the bar themselves. Never again. On a good note, the food was great. Oh, they forgot my fries which I had to wait another 15 minutes to get.

Giving 1 star because the waitress was so nice and polite and patient.
