Place was empty, waited more than 20 min to be greeted by waitress. She took another table that just got there. People in front of me complaining to Manager. Which he had on apron, that says he short staffed cuz he can't run the restaurant from behind the line. When I asked the hostess who my waitress was, she said I don't know but I'll get your drinks. Um, a hostess should know who she is seating. Part of the job. They need help to say the least. Girl at the bar shirt was too little. Stomach hanging out, everyone wearing spandex instead of pants. Not to mention. I noticed hand print on glass. Unclean in a lot of areas. Very uninviting. Will not go back there unless the staff changes. I will be telling my family and friends

Never been to this location or this restaurant for that matter because I’m not from the area. We were seated by a not so friendly host in a section with a few other tables. Sat there for 15 minutes while two other waitresses were trying to figure out which one of them was going to take which table. I understand everyone has off days but the host could’ve at least pitched in and got our drinks. Guess I wasn’t missing much after all.

We waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged for anyone to seat us. Then we sat another 10 minutes before anyone came to take our order. When we ordered, the drinks came two minutes before the meal did. And it took a half hour for the food to come out to us! We came in at 12:30. Finally served food at 1:15ish. We almost considered leaving to go to eat somewhere else. There was one waitress and one bartender. Both kept ignoring people waiting to be seated and they left their business phone ringing off the hook the whole time we were there. And it was freezing in the restaurant like there was no heat on. We ate in our coats the whole time. Food was ok, nothing to get super excited about. So cold in there that the food went cold instantly. Not a good experience at all. The place was also dirty and menus were falling apart and sticking together. So disappointing.

I would put 0/5 stars if I could. Besides the fact we stood waiting for a table and 3 people that worked there ignored us. Then 2 more acknowledged us and didn’t seat us. We waited for 7 minutes to be seated and there were a total of 8 customers in the entire restaurant at 445 pm. Our server took forever to bring us anything that was ordered. They messed up both of my children’s orders. My burger tastes like it had chemicals on it.y husband tried it and agreed. We told the waitress and didn’t eat it. No manager came over and they didn’t take it off the bill. It took forever to get the check. Do not go here. Food and service are abysmal.

Awful service, and very unprofessional. The restaurant was empty and our food took 45 min to get out. My starter salad took 20 min to get out, my girlfriend starter soup came out 15 minutes after my salad did. Waitress had one AirPod in her ear the whole time. She didn't know the menu at all. No silverware we had to find some ourselves, and never checked on us. I'd rather eat a rotisserie hot dog from a gas station that's been on the rollers all day than to ever come here again. The best thing about this experience is that it gives me talking material for tomorrow.

My waitress was very sweet. The restaurant was kind of dark. Maybe they are trying to give it a Pub atmosphere. The music was super loud and not real good in fact it was irritating. Not sure if I'll come back to this location. The food was delicious. I always have good food here it's just the atmosphere I wasn't comfortable with

Normally I would rate them a 5 but this time the service was horrible the waitress was fairly new and wasn't really able to handle here section of customers. I had to call the manager over to discuss my service, my drink or lack of an my food she was nice of to remake my drink and handle our meal free of charge for us being so patient and understanding about the waitress being new, I told her I get it we all had to start somewhere and jobs are hard to come by. Just have to be patient with her.

I have to say this is one of the worst restaurants I have been to... And I eat out most of the time!! First of all I stood at the hostess desk for close to 8 minutes before anyone ever actually acknowledged me. ( And it's not like there wasn't any one wondering around). Then finally someone comes over and asked how many people. Then she leaves with another gal in tow... They tell me that only place is to sit at the bar unless I want to wait for 15 minutes. ( Mind you this is 8 pm on a Sunday.. the place is not that busy). So I go up and sit at on of the tables by the bar as instructed. And I waited another 10 minutes... Still nothing. No drink order. No Hi I'll be right over.. nothing!! So I left.. and the first gal at the hostess desk is busy playing with her finger nails.. I told her that nobody came around.. she didn't care and just shrugged her shoulders. So if I could give this a negative stars I would most definitely do that. Don't waste any of your time or money here!!

Was here a year ago, usually go to Tiedeman . Walked in today around 230 with my friend for lunch, this was unplanned. And there was maybe a dozen people throughout the restaurant, we were immediately seated and then it went downhill. Our drinks were ordered and brought right away and we actually finished our drinks before she ever came back to take our order. The order was placed at exactly 230 because I was timing something else and it was 23 minutes later before we ever got our food. Now we both ordered sizzling skillets and there was nothing sizzling about either one of the skillets, the food wasn't cold it was just not the same sizzling that I have to wait for it to be quiet before I can eat it. Waitress was extremely unattentive, did not regularly check back to see how we were and if we needed anything. Rap and beatbox music was decibel level at 500. Asked to turn it down but heard no difference. Brought our asked for to go bags with the bill, never offering desserts which facilitated a very small tip. From what my dine mate with dirty silverware could see, she had no interest in us at all. We could've been there for hours chitchatting but we were not taken care of like I'm used to being taken care of any good restaurant. So sorry TGI Fridays this was an unexpected non-pleasure. Should have read other reviews B4 we drove over as this has been typical food and service for quite some time !!!

Let me start off by saying I wish I could give this place a negative 5 stars!!! Walked into establishment to celebrate a birthday and was surprised at how empty the place was. We were a party of 4 plus a 9 month baby. We were seated and the table was dirty and all it had was a salt shaker and a bottle of ketchup. The table was wobbly. Our waitress finally found our table and took our drink order. 1 strawberry freeze,1 blueberry freeze, and 1 hurricane. Very simple. We didnt see her for another 45 minutes. When she finally came back WITHOUT the drinks we asked what was going on and she said " I DONT MAKE THEM"!. We should have left then but we didn't. After taking our order after our drinks arrived ,we were presented with the most pathetic appetizer I have ever seen! Oh, no appetizer plates either. Main course finally arrived and my wife and I both ordered ribs/ side of shrimp. The ribs were not hot and looked like they were in their freezer for 3 years. The fries were cold unflavored. This place is an absolute joke. Do not waste your $ at this restaurant!! I can't believe how bad this place has gone down. I will NEVER enter this place of buisness again. I really dont understand how this restaurant is allowed to stay open. After reading the reviews it seems someone would come in and clean house!! Apparently corporate doesn't care so why should the employees.

I remembered, once upon a time, having a good meal at TGIF. That was once upon a time. My first clue that things may not go right was entering the foyer to the hostess station. The carpeting was askew and not swept. When seated given menus that where sticky and needed cleaning. Overall the decor looked tired and unkempt. We decided to order beer and the waitress was unaware of what was on tap. She checked at the bar and returned five minutes later. After taking our order and 20 minutes later, still no beer. I went to the bar directly and the bartender quickly poured a draft and could not find the bottled beer that I had ordered. I took whatever was available. After the draft settled the 12 oz glass was short. We pointed this out to the manager and said he would correct it. Our food came and one order was wrong. Finally after finishing our meal we received our check. The short beer was never corrected. We left with the resolve, "Been there. Done that. Not coming back." There are much better places to eat in the area than TGIF.

I wish I could give 0 stars. We walked in and there were plenty of open tables. We were told it would be 15 minutes for a table because there were only 2 servers. We waited and were sat. We had been waiting another 15 minutes without a server even greeting us or taking a drink order. We went to the bar and asked for someone to take a drink order. The server walked past our table and didn't even acknowledge us. We decided to leave but asked for the manager to let them know the issue. The bartender said they were in the back cooking. The servers laughed at us like it was a joke. Others who had drinks but not served yet were walking out too. They said they would be complaining as well. Such a shame. I will never go back. After 45 minutes we had to go somewhere else. Disgrace to service.

This noon we dropped in for a snack. Not busy, maybe we were too early: no smiles in the greeting. Seated and had good service. The rub: being in food service I notice the little things. The hostess helps out by clearing the booth next to her hostess a station. True! She uses a used napkin form the dirty table to bust the crumbs. She stacks the dirty dishes. She does not use any sanitation products to clean the surface of the table or the booth seats ( leaves oily crumbles on the seats ) and resets the table for guests. Whomever gets to sit next to the hostess station during lunch today, I am an eye witness as to why you have an oily mess on your slacks or skirt.

If I could give a zero, I would. Went for lunch. Less than 10 people in whole restaurant. Food bad and coffee was syrup it was strong. Waitress never even came to ask how things were. Only saw her for the bill. I am sure it will close. Wont go back. Save your $ go some place else.
