This location is very unprofessional towards doordashers especially and liars. When I first arrived the girl working there told me the doordash for Gianna would be ready after a guy who was there named Austin and 2 people walked in and placed an order after I been there already for like 10 min. Austin got his food n left. Then they called the two people who just walked in like 5 min later and I was annoyed and asked how after the girl said the doordash was next and they just placed an order and I been there for like 20 min smh I asked how long will it take and the girl then said she don't know shee not making it while standing near the dude who was then A big dude on the line who was taking forever making food yelled out if I don't want to wait u i can cancel and then i said shut up because he was being rude he said we not making it until you leave. They unprofessional, liars, and disrespectful like exactly y this location always have new people every time I go to pick up. I just left because they were trying to be funny.

Placed an order online for drive thru pickup in the early afternoon on a Sunday. When I got there, there were no cars, the drive thru was on but no one responded, and the doors were locked. I don't plan to ever visit this taco bell ever again. The one in south Euclid is only a bit further.
