So I ordered nacho fries and the amount of seasoning was so extra this is the excess dust I had left over from a small order like really and on top of that all the food was cold then to top it off I didn’t even have all my food due to the fact they literally try to fit your whole order in one bag and yeah I did get any napkins and pop was flat really poor service

August 1, 2025 around 2:45 PM. I was there getting lunch. The employees do not acknowledge you at all when you walk in. They don’t acknowledge you when they come to ring out your order. The bathroom was disgusting. The windows were disgusting. I asked if I can customize my crunch wrap which I know you can cause I used to work at Taco Bell so I for sure know that you can definitely customize the crunch wrap, but he was really rude about it and said no you Can’t. I can see why this has two stars. It should have one star even zero stars this place is horrible. I would rather drive an hour or two another Taco Bell in Chardon then come to this one they should have a new staff. It’s horrible. There’s no hairnets you’re wearing gloves. It’s very disgusting here. I don’t know how you’re still in Business. Also, what’s the point of asking for sauces if the employees are too lazy to get it for you they just be like oh it’s over there in the lobby then there’s no point in asking if you want sausages on the app or in the kiosk, especially if we’re the ones doing our own orders which is so wrong we’re not getting paid to do our own orders that’s what’s so wrong with work now no one wants to work. All they do is just be on their phone, listening to inappropriate music, cussing and being loud and unprofessional.

Worst Taco Bell ever! They screwed up my order twice in a row!! Chicken Cantina bowl with no chicken, no sour cream, no ranch sauce, and the rice was hard and uncooked! Won’t be going back anytime soon!

I ordered the $9 lux box and the $7 lux box. When I got to the pickup window, a foreign looking guy thrust a crumpled looking bag out the window. I said I had two boxes. He replied we don’t have any. Everything is in the bag. I said how do I know what goes with each box. He said don’t you know what you ordered! I should have refused the order and asked for my money back but I was just too surprised and caught off guard. To top it all off, The food was cold! I’ll never go there again! Was gonna call corporate, but he didn’t give me a receipt and no napkins!😤

The food is fine I just can’t wrap my head around why it’s so hard to get orders right. I just graduated and moved here and my college job was taco bell. Second busiest location in ohio might I add, and this place is SLOW around the times I order. I door dashed twice, and ordered in person once. Gave me half the nuggets i ordered on door dash, never once gave me the correct drink, and this time completely forgot my sauce on a 5 item order (3 being sauces!!!). This job is so easy, and they still fall short. Probably won’t be back any time soon.
