This location was refusing entry to people on Christmas Eve! The person at the door was also lying about what they had in stock when I persisted that I was just looking for prepared foot, I was able to get in and found what I was told they didn’t have. When I spoke to the manager about it they were rude and dismissive. Would not recommend this location, poor customer service and overall and very strange way to run a business.

We are truly frustrated because we placed an order online for rib eye and sides for pick up on Monday, 23. It was placed a week prior for pick up. When my husband showed up, he was told that because we didn’t prepay for rib eye, they didn’t have it available. It doesn’t make any sense. What is the point then of having two options - prepaid or pick up? I had a confirmation for the order, total amount and it says “please pay at the store, we accept credit cards, cash etc.” so we are so confused. They gave us the sides to pay at the spot but no rib eye. So now, the day before Christmas we have to see what is even open to find meat the last min. It doesn’t make any sense to us. If they were out of rib eye, they should have then contacted us to let us know. I am just so confused how it makes any sense.

This review is not for the quality of the products this is for what is the purpose of paying online and setting up a reservation time for you to come and pick up your product and I still have to wait in a long line just to pick up my product HoneyBaked Ham is not cheap very overrated and expensive but that's the whole purpose of ordering online and having a reserved time to pick it up and then when I get there the line is down the street LOL and I still have to wait when I reserve at 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. slot and I arrived to pick up my item at 11:35 a.m. which is my lunch break and now the line is so long I can't even wait so I have to come back with hopes to still have my product to pick up this is ridiculous y'all do this every year you need to find a better strategy this is ridiculous

Pre ordered ham and turkey for Thanksgiving . Ordered from this location before and independence for past few years online . Usually you can go in and pick up your “pre paid” order and go on your way . This year my pickup time was 3-330 I got there at 3and there was a long line for PRE PAID orders ! Some people who scheduled pick up times were 1230! Why weren’t there orders ready??? I refuse to wait outside in the cold for an order I PREPAID for in a line that was NOT MOVING!

I came back at 7pm to pick up my order thinking it will be less busy just to be told it will be a wait on my order . Why isn’t my PREPAID PREORDED READY ?!? the clerk told me “first come first serve” what was the point of prepaid and preordering days before hand ??? I am a single parent with no other family here so I have to cook a whole meal alone which is why i order the turkey and ham to save my self the stress and instead they added to it ! I will NEVER order again WASTE OF TIME and not dependable around the holidays !

Their set up for this Thanksgiving sucked. They had pre paid and walk ups. People pick up up time was 4 and 5 o clock and we had to wait an hr+ for our pre paid food. They need to get a better system

The restaurant was very nice and clean. I had takeout, but the dine in area was very appealing. The prices were reasonable and the food was delicious. They had a variety of menu options. The customer service was outstanding. Ms. Tina, at the Som Center location in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, was amazing. She was professional, friendly, and very welcoming. She recommended a few things and was patient as I made my decision. I will definitely be back!!!

The lady Tina there is terrific! She should be the boss! Wonderful warm smile and welcome. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Food is quickly served, tasty, and worth the money spent. Will most assuredly continue to buy from here. We are doing another catering order with this location because the last one was such a success! Thanks, Miss Tina.

Tomatoes were slimy

This place makes a great ham! Order ahead and schedule a pick up during holiday time. For Christmas, I did this and was in-and-out. The amount of grumping and complaining coming from people waiting in line to order was remarkable. The rolls I ordered were not quite right but it didn’t feel right trying to correct the order and I got the ones I wanted on the way home.

Got the ham salad and a ham. The ham was delicious but the ham salad was entirely too salty. It was like u were eating spoonfuls of salt.

Too expensive, they will sell you old hams, in a heartbeat. My ham was old and dark in color. They used to let you look at the ham before you bought. But since Covid-19, they have stopped that much needed service. I would highly recommend you ask for a ham that has a least 10 days or more expiration date from the day you buy it!
