Just ordered a kid’s meal on the drive thru. Drove back and asked why there is no toy. She told us they run out and go to Target to get one. Today is August 7. 6pm whoever is on duty at drive thru at this time is very rude and needs to be written up.

They locked the doors and stated the counter register wasn't working and we had to go through the drive through since register there was working. We were on motorcycles. They said they would not take our order and let us sit down to eat. Incredible rude, unprofessional and lazy. Before we left one of their friends pulled in and they let him in to take an order and eat.
Do not go to this Wendy's. They have quite the attitudes and evidently not paid to care.

Rude Staff & Manager – Avoid This Wendy’s!

I stopped by the Wendy’s at SOM Center & Mayfield and ordered drive‑thru. I asked for an item clearly listed on the menu, but instead of taking my order, the staff got rude—and even the manager joined in. They refused to take my order and shut the window in my face. Absolutely unacceptable service and total disrespect. This level of customer service is completely unprofessional. I’d strongly advise steering clear of this location.

Everything I go there so.erhing is wrong . Employees act like they don't want to take an order. Last night my fries were hard and disgusting. The oil needs to be cleaned. My Chilli didn't come with sour cream

I know it's fast food, and I don't expect much from a Wendy's, but when the person has an attitude right out the gate in the drive through, they need canned. Fast food work isn't fun, but I'm a friendly person and didn't need that attitude. Get better staff.

I went through the drive through and I was trying to pull up what I wanted to make sure I got everything and I got screamed at by the worker and then they forgot 3 of our sandwiches. Overall not a good place
