This is one of the most disgusting Wendy’s I have ever seen. The food is lousy the place is nasty. You even have employees in blowing their nose in the back around Food. Instead of going somewhere private like the bathroom. If almost remind me of section 8 atm atmosphere. This place should be shut down. I’m thinking about calling the Health Dept.

Placed mobile carryout order during daylight hours and dining area was locked. Carryout should be blocked if it is not an option. Then, the drive thru lane was very backed up. Took 15 minutes to receive my order. Pulled away and realized a burger was left out of my order. The food we received was prepared well.

This is the worst fast food place in the Cleveland area, the only place that still doesn't open the doors,, management is horrible
Me and my family went to get some dinner and when we got to the drive thru apparently it was "door dash only." Like dude why can't people just go through the drive thru like normal people.
First time I've been to get breakfast there in a while, as historically I've driven away disappointed more times than not. If that's changed, great, then it's also my first time going since.
Employee was very short with me, but not rude or anything. He did seem to be walking around with my card while I waited, but that's a me thing.

very rude manager when i today buy chicken wrap and just start eat and find hair and i pull back and told them that he say oo nobody have black hair so you have maybe you put your hair in there i am like seriosly,i told him how i can do that i just start eat and pull back to show you he still be rude and ask me what you want you want another food or money,they bring me back money,but i am still suprise and shock how he can think i put my hair in i am not stupid to do that😡

Hello, I recently went to the Wendy’s in mayfield hts oh on som center rd and I ordered the 3 dollar son of baconator and flavor chicken nuggets my total came to 9.19, I questioned the amount because 3 + 2.99 doesn’t equal 9.19 and I was called a idiot when the glass was shut . The I got receipt and pointed out it wasn’t wrong up correctly the burger was 6.19 not 3 dollars like the signed said and the host said “we don’t do refund, the machines charged whatever that had nothing to do with me” idk how your customer service training goes but this is not customer service at I feel rob because I was not heard because they dismissed that they had messed up and over charged me. I will never go back to this terrible place again and hope it get shut down soon.

Awful service. The drive-thru operator was unwelcoming and downright hostile. She acted as if serving us was a burden, making it clear she had no interest in being there.

Place was dirty, they did not have a double stack or H-C fruit punch. We ordered our burgers and the patty was so small and thin that we did not realize it was in the sandwich. DO NOT GO HERE.

It really makes no sense that there’s people working here over the age of 25 but still are incompetent. Order a biggie bag they forget the fries plus put the wrong sauce. Go back around seconds letter to politely inform them of of their screw up so they can rectify the situation for the cashier with the piercings on his face to try to crack jokes as if its funny. Get to the window this same man trys to argues with me as I'm trying to hand him the bag and receipt talking about he didn't forget the fries. Sir if you don't get the hell out my face and fix my order. What the hell do I look like lying about some damn fries when I was literally just at the window. These workers need to be trained on customer service instead of trying to escalate the situation!
