How is this place still in business?! 25 minute wait in drive-thru with only 2 cars ahead, mid afternoon (NOT BUSY). When I finally got to the cashier I asked if my food was ready because after already waiting 25 minutes, I was in a rush. The look I got from the woman who threw the bag with my order!! And of course, the order was wrong. Never again.

Should’ve known the food wasn’t gone be good when the lady answered the intercom as if she was mad I pulled up!! For it just to switch over to lunch how are they serving cold burgers and under cooked fries!!! They need to shut this place down or get new staff

Why is it that when I place an online order in advance it’s never ready? Two times now I had to go in and wait for them to scramble to get my food ready. If you don’t check your food right in front of them it’s probably wrong. And when something is missing why they pretend it’s your fault? I had to literally open up my burger to show that my baconator literally had no bacon. What type of management they got going on needs to be fixed. If you’re choosing to work in customer service let alone food service just do your job. ATTITUDE GO CRAZY!!!

Was just there. The lady who did drive thru was super super rude. U should have signs saying u don’t have somthing new in stock. Very very rude. Said something rude when I was pulling away. She should be fired. Horrible customer service. I can see why the one star bar is filled. Probably cause of her

I go here sometimes for lunch. Rarely good service. Today was the worst service ever. Order was wrong and the food was very cold. I ordered a bacon classic burger. It was cold w/ no bacon. The lady at the window did not greet me and was very rude with a nasty attitude and was in a rush to get me out of there. Didn't say thank you or hello.

Well I got food poisoning from this location and on top of that I’m pregnant so I feel like I’m dead. I ordered their ten piece spicy chicken nuggets (which has been a huge craving of mine) and a strawberry lemonade and after I ate it I felt horrible but around 9:30pm I projectile vomited like the exorcist and I’ve been in and out of the bathroom all night long with straight liquid diarrhea which is TMI but I’m more so worried about my baby because food poisoning can effect him so now I have to go get checked out tomorrow morning. I will never come back to this location or a Wendy’s ever again because all I can think is you guys gave me old chicken and that makes me sick to my stomach. Now that I’m looking at other people’s reviews I’m even MORE SICK. I wish I would’ve looked before ordering.EDIT: ITS BEEN THREE DAYS NOW AND I HAVE NOTHING BUT STRAIGHT DIARRHEA I CANT KEEP ANYTHING DOWN AND I HAVE TO GO TO THE ER BECAUSE OF MY UNBORN CHILD. Both my bf and I made two separate trips to this location on Thurs March 21... I am currently getting over a surgery and have not had time to go shopping so we decided on getting food... after getting out of the Hillcrest ED I made my way over here only to be greeted by the most UNPROFESSIONAL person ever. I could not see their sign because it was dark and they have no lights. The lady was huffing and puffing and had a nasty attitude when I told her to hold on one second. Next, I couldn't hear her because their speaker is too low so when she heard me say I wanted 6 piece nugget I didnt hear a reply back so I repeated myself. She then proceeded to get all snotty and mad because I didn't hear her.... Nobody wants to get out of the hospital just to be greeted by rude people who don't want to do their jobs... I came home to tell my boyfriend about her and he completely described her and told me about how rude she was to him!! That's crazy that you guys let people act like that!!

Made a mobile order to be ready at 6:10, got there at 6:15 but for was locked so could not pick up. went through drive through but no one asked for my order for 5 minutes waiting in line. order was still not ready. waited until 6:32 until it was ready. the worst part was that the workers were just sitting on their phones not working while waiting for my food to get made and I started to feel bad about everyone behind me in line because no one was getting their orders.
