I should have read these reviews first. My son wanted to stop and it took a half hour for a dozen wings. For that wait , food was way below average.

Restaurant is gross inside, no napkins, etc. Parking lot littered with wings. One employee was working and 3 were not.

Horrific dining experience! ***CANCEL WINGSTOP***
Waited almost 4 hours for an order because the store kept messing up our order (or giving me someone else order) and would not refund.
The staff all was rude and ignored us until the manager appeared out of his smoky car to "assist".
So incredibly unprofessional and the place is filthy and full of workers with horrible attitudes.
Called for our credit and they now wont honor our credit for almost $50 of food we never received!

IVE NEVER EXPERIANCED such a horrible, mismanaged franchise like this. Very sad this is wing-stops "standard".

Normally this location is great, but tonight's service was bad. Time estimated at 38-43 minutes. Order received over over an hour later. The employees tried to compensate for the orders being late. To little to late.

I ordered some food and then left for 35 minutes. When I returned, they had accidentally given my food off to someone else. I wasn't in a time crunch and told them I was fine chilling while waiting for my food. They ended up remaking my order with extra food and were very polite during the process. The vibes were on point and they were doing their best to remedy the situation and for that, I acknowledge their efforts and appreciate their work.

Always bad experiences but this was the worst the food has ever been. Incredibly dry and hard, cold, and tasteless. Multiple times they have messed up our order. At least they had it right this time but the food was disgusting.

The guy at the counter was really nice but the other workers did nothing but talk, multiple DoorDash orders coming before us. One of the workers was saying “we gotta get them out of here” waited 40 minutes to get our food?

I called to place an order. The young lady puts me on hold. After 7 minutes I called back. She apologized and said she would be right back. 5 minutes later she says- how can I help you? I say I’d like to place an order. She say we are not taking phone orders.
Why did you put me on hold? No common sense. Very aggravating. I’ll go elsewhere.

Went in yesterday for a six piece combo waited approximately 30 mins for that order. Meanwhile staff was eating inside the kitchen in front of customers, burning food. And my wings came out looking half eaten and some flat had the sharpest bone in it that cut the inside of my mouth. I wish I had time to take it back and get my order fixed or refunded. But I was tired from a long day of work. I won’t be returning. Check your order before you leave. They’re a mess these days

Ordered on door dash at 9:30
Pm on a Thursday and still did not have our order at 11pm. Dasher was just sitting at wing stop waiting over an hour for our order..
It was a small order, absolutely ridiculous
We ended up canceling the order since it was already a hour and a half with no eta .
Will never go to or order from wing stop again..
