I ordered take out to feed my family dinner thanksgiving eve, because I knew my husband and I had to put in alot of work to prepare thanksgiving dinner. This food was extremely disgusting! The wings skin were covered in so much fat it was inedible. I requested extra crisp for two of my four orders to alleviate this issue and it was still soggy skin. My daughter was the only person that could enjoy her meal (boneless combo) the other three were thrown to the trash and we had to eat cereal for dinner! We were better off just grabbing little ceaser pizza. I paid almost $55 for TRASH food and stomachaches. Wingstop level of quality has gone down drastically, we will not be back again! Dave’s hot chicken is worth the extra distance next time.

The wings were absolutely amazing. We got four different kinds. Had never had Wingstop before but we will definitely be finding another one. The fries were out of this world fresh and had just the right seasoning on them.

20 minute wait for a burger and fries when there’s only two customers in the store. Terrible customer service, way too much joking and playing around in the back

This location is not kept up. The bath rooms have an odor also no soap in the dispenser, coke freestyle machine was filthy and sticky had no ice in the machine. Order my food online 40 minutes prior to pick and still waited 15 minutes when I arrived. saw Employees sitting in the lobby on computers when they could be cleaning the store or helping out. Will not be visiting this location again. EVER!

I was not happy with my order. The fries was cooked a little crispier then I personally like, the wings didn't have no flavor to them. I ordered lemon pepper and I still had to put some seasoning on it and the chicken was a little dry. I've had better from other locations.

Second chance and failed again. Wings undercooked and not any sauce, again. I get wingstop all the time from mentor and Painesville and it’s delicious, my fav! Zero stars mayfield! Call mentor/Painesville ask them how to cook wings.

I just had to come on here and wright a review. I walked into the mayfield hrs wingstop around 10:30 pm and ordered a small fry and ranch. Not only were the fries hot but they were seasoned perfectly and the young man (I wish I knew his name) came and delivered the fries to my car with out me even asking or expecting that. Managers look at your camera at 10:34- 10:38pm and figure out who Thai young man is and give him a raise please. Food quality on 10. Thank you wing stop.

Horrible service. Multiple wrong orders. And your food will be thrown away if you don't arrive exactly at your pick up time. Don't waste your money because they don't care at all

Update: Weeks later I have still not been refunded or heard a response from the email they tell you to contact. Is your entire corporation a scam, are you blatant thieves, or is the food so bad you have to steal peoples money and the ghost them. Screw Wingstop and this location specifically.

I put in an online order at 4:23pm to pickup at 5:45pm. Got to the restaurant at 5:48pm. They were all standing around talking. They had not even started my order. I finally lost my patience at 6:15 when I was still waiting for my order. Tried to get a drink, but no ice in the machine and no carbonation. When I said something about how long it was taking I was immediately met with a nasty attitude. Will never go to this location again. Employees are lazy and rude!

Come here only if you want to waste at least 30 mins of your life waiting and get mediocre food!

This was my second time coming here after moving to the area. The first being on March 15th & again today. Both times I showed up on time for my online orders, my food took 30+ mins past “ready for carryout” time and was not that tasty. (Both times were small orders for two people)

The service is super slow, the dining room is a mess, multiple patrons waiting long for their food, & the staff has bad customer service. It seems like everyone is in 0.5x speed.

I love Wingstop but this location needs some fixing if they want my money again!
