Horrible service. Multiple wrong orders. And your food will be thrown away if you don't arrive exactly at your pick up time. Don't waste your money because they don't care at all

Update: Weeks later I have still not been refunded or heard a response from the email they tell you to contact. Is your entire corporation a scam, are you blatant thieves, or is the food so bad you have to steal peoples money and the ghost them. Screw Wingstop and this location specifically.

I put in an online order at 4:23pm to pickup at 5:45pm. Got to the restaurant at 5:48pm. They were all standing around talking. They had not even started my order. I finally lost my patience at 6:15 when I was still waiting for my order. Tried to get a drink, but no ice in the machine and no carbonation. When I said something about how long it was taking I was immediately met with a nasty attitude. Will never go to this location again. Employees are lazy and rude!

Come here only if you want to waste at least 30 mins of your life waiting and get mediocre food!

This was my second time coming here after moving to the area. The first being on March 15th & again today. Both times I showed up on time for my online orders, my food took 30+ mins past “ready for carryout” time and was not that tasty. (Both times were small orders for two people)

The service is super slow, the dining room is a mess, multiple patrons waiting long for their food, & the staff has bad customer service. It seems like everyone is in 0.5x speed.

I love Wingstop but this location needs some fixing if they want my money again!

I will not be returning and will gladly spend my money at a business that values its customers.

The employees look, act, and talk to you like they’re miserable, and unfortunately, they treat you the same way. The dining area was filthy, my order was incorrect, and to top it off, my fries and wings were undercooked. Overall, a disappointing experience from start to finish.

There was a young lady that was working the cash register on the night of March 26th. My husband is very ill and I'm having a rough time. I am not well myself. The hospital didn't sent him food that night. He told me to home. I had to see her ate something. I know he love wings. I had never been to wing stop she was very busy. But she took time to help me with my order. Her kindness was so appreciated.

Everytime I come in here the place is so dirty, the employees don't want to acknowledge you or get your orders that are ready right on the shelf behind them. And I find it so gross that they have the doordash drivers filling people's drinks. These drivers are not food service workers that are supposed to be washing their hands. There's way better places to get wings in the area.

Ordered online only to get a call later saying they don't have what I ordered and that I could cancel online. I can't cancel online. What a nightmare!

I put and order in for a pick up on UBER EATS.
We'll here's the problem I DID NOT receive all of my order the pick up time was 11:38pm. I was early cause I know you closed at Midnight any ways. The person bagging up the order seemed to be in a hurry due to closing time.

Well came home to feed everyone after the long night out and we had to share 10 garlic wings and 1 order of fries and lots of the dressings.

Didn't receive boneless wings,Cheese Fries, 5 Hot honey and 5 lemon pepper.
So I want my credit card to be REFUNDED ASAP!!!!! I did not spend $60 on what I received.

And of course tried to call but no answer so I'm sure they ran out the door.
