Winking Lizard Mayfield

Absolutely disgusted with this place. I’ve grown up in mayfield my whole life and this is my first time coming to this place. My sister, two nephews and I stopped here before shopping. My highly autistic nephew received chocolate milk that was extremely spoiled, after trying it I gagged and had to spit up the milk. We were charged for the milk that was included in the meal and his replacement milk after my poor nephew looked up at the waitress and asked for more milk. Instead they slapped another drink down on the table and instead of an apology told us they threw the gallon of milk away cause it was indeed rotten milk!!! And CHARGED us for the additional drink after giving a 5 year old child spoiled milk. Now on top of that waiting TWO hours for our completed order. We waited 30 minutes just to get drinks let alone another god knows how long for our meals and never seeing our waiter other than for our initial drink order and food order and then dropping off our food and checks. Needless to say we are extremely disappointed and WONT be returning.

If going to Winking Lizard and you understand you're at a sports bar, the food is more than good. Staff here has always been very attentive and super nice.

This place is normally good. But lately the ladies at the bar treat everyone like they are an inconvenience. And the other day I'm pretty sure they dropped my burger on the floor before giving it to me.

We got a bunch of food, including wings, boneless wings, lizard lips (chicken tenders) and a pizza. The pizza was burnt and the chicken tenders were cooked, hard to eat either. They said they would send out gift cards to cover the cost, but we have received them yet. Not a great first impression of this location

I am commenting to express my disappointment with the treatment my disabled mother and her service animal received at this establishment. An employee, named Angel, exhibited unprofessional and discourteous behavior by interrogating my mother about her service animal and subsequently denying her service. This is a clear violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act and reflects poorly on the establishment's standards of customer care. I rate this experience 0 out of 5 stars.
