Rated 4 stars because we had called for a large party reservation and then were told in arrival they did not take reservations which was delivered with attitude and rudeness from the gentleman at the host stand. Never had this problem before but he was sooo rude. If you have a large party go somewhere else.

We have been here a couple times, my friend and I bring the kids after swim lessons. We stopped there last Tuesday. We were seated in the bar area. The music was so loud that the waitress couldn't hear our orders and conversations were so loud to compensate for the noise level that the speaker was putting out. I don't have sensory issues, but I felt very overwhelmed. It took about an hour for our order to finally come out.One of our orders was a steak with double fries, because it comes with two sides. The same amount of fries as every other plate, including another steak order. I questioned if he was supposed to have double fries and was told that was double fries.My plate had a hair on it, and the manager came over with a straight face to let me know that she was going to take off the $3 fries instead of $13 for the sandwich and fries. The food wasn't great but the waitress was overall attentive.

Love the winking lizard. Always know what you're going to get when you dine in. They are consistent in food and service regardless of location. I have had a couple service issues, but overall they are generally on top of it. Carry out can be a challenge. I've stopped getting to go from them because of issues with the order. This trip was dine in and the food was solid. Only issue was we came in late and they seemed to be wanting to clean up for closing which was about 45 minutes away. As a result it was really hard to get soda refilled. Other wise.... No problem

Food here was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere is fun and lively. The menu has a variety of choices at reasonable prices and portions. Don't forget to grab your bag of freshly popped popcorn while you wait for your meal.
