My sub two days ago was drowned in oil and vinegar (Mike's way). If people like soft and soggy bread they should have it as a part of their breakfast as cereal.

I am handicapped and they literally made me stand there for two regular small sandwiches while they did a eight sandwich order in front of me and didn't give any regards for our lunch break time they should have somebody separately doing the orders for doordash not having people stand in line for 20 minutes to get a sandwich they were very unorganized with it people walking around with two sandwiches in hand just walking around with them running into each other it was just really the worst service I ever had at one of the Jersey Mike's stores not sure I will come back to this location

So delicious, made in front of me, and was a decent size, not like other cheesesteak sandwiches I’ve had, I’m talking about Arby’s puny cheesesteak, this more than enough for me and my husband

My girlfriend got me to Jersey Mike's Danny DeVito couldn't do it but my girlfriend sure was able to and it's been fantastic and the store in Mayfield Heights the manager is Josh they are so overwhelmingly helpful and want to make sure your meal is right they've done a fantastic job the last four or five times I've been there I just want to say Kudos fantastic job Mayfield Heights Jersey mike's!

The sub sandwiches are generally sized and the meat tastes freshly sliced because it is and we like the Italian made Mike's way.

wow... just wow. I don't even know where to start. The food was excellent, the young man making my sandwich did an amazing job and gave me excellent service. I believe he said his name was Brandon. Wow..

Worst Jersey Mikes in the area. (4) Drivers attempted to pick up my food order. The last driver said they refused to make it after I have been waiting over an hour and a half. Dont order from here, especially during lunch time I guess.

Constant high quality and cleanliness. Sub is always a hit and the staff are super friendly and professional. Wouldnt go to any other Jersey Mikes around. Thanks as always.

I ordered through door dash and my sandwich was horrible it was drenched in mayo and mustard it was so bad I threw the rest out

I am sitting in the parking lot writing this review from last night as I crave another sub. Yesterday I visited another location, cheating on this one (shhh). I knew something was wrong when I did not smell the wonderful flavors when I walked through door. Needless to say, I left an immediately called this store. The person who answered the phone arrange to take my order over the phone and allowed me to pick it up after little bit after closing. This is the only Jersey Mike’s that actually smells amazing when you walk in. The customer service is top tier, and the food has me coming back the next morning for the same sub I ate last night. Thank you for all that you do reminding us that Covid did not kill all of the restaurant industry.
