Used to love Cuoco Bello, every visit was fantastic and the food delicious. We went today excited to have our favorites only to find that they are no longer on the menu. Items lack the same flavor we came to expect.

Service was good and the waitress was very polite and attentive. The food was, meh at best. Very little flavor and just not satisfying. I really miss when this location was a BBQ place, they had wonderful food back then.

Had a gluten free pasta with a marinara sauce that was very good. Neither was on the menu so if you have an allergy ask ahead of time! Really hoping they get another gf/v option someday though.

I was staying at a hotel nearby and did a search for restaurants. Cuoco Bello was first, and the reviews overall were good so we gave it a shot. They had a special on all of the parmigiana dishes. I had the veal and my coworkers had chicken, along with pasta and a salad. Everything was great. If I'm in the area again I will definitely come back.

We were excited to try another of Carl’s restaurants and enjoyed everything we ordered (and we tried a lot!). Fianally, someone who can make a proper Caesar salad! And the Sunday pasta was magnificent. We ordered a pizza to take home. Unfortunately when we got home and opened the box we found the pizza not just charred in the Neapolitan style but burned from crust through to middle. The restaurant should not have sold the pizza that way. Based on our other meals we will give it another try.
