Had a gluten free pasta with a marinara sauce that was very good. Neither was on the menu so if you have an allergy ask ahead of time! Really hoping they get another gf/v option someday though.
I was staying at a hotel nearby and did a search for restaurants. Cuoco Bello was first, and the reviews overall were good so we gave it a shot. They had a special on all of the parmigiana dishes. I had the veal and my coworkers had chicken, along with pasta and a salad. Everything was great. If I'm in the area again I will definitely come back.
We were excited to try another of Carl’s restaurants and enjoyed everything we ordered (and we tried a lot!). Fianally, someone who can make a proper Caesar salad! And the Sunday pasta was magnificent. We ordered a pizza to take home. Unfortunately when we got home and opened the box we found the pizza not just charred in the Neapolitan style but burned from crust through to middle.
