Went a year ago and the bartender was very rude calling people fat, but we thought we would give them another try , barely made it in the door before the same bartender told us we was not welcome and had to leave!! This is sad!! We have been coming to this place since I was about 10 years old ( I’m now 54) but it’s ok !! Mcarther is just up the road and the people was much nicer!!

The pickle pizza is truly unique. The sub sandwich was very filling. I would recommend the fried pickles, they were delicious.

Think of the great bars in Urban Cowboy or The Deer Hunter! A place where Cledus would stop to “put some groceries down his neck”. This place drips character! It oozes from the 50 year old paneling. The windows are boarded up and you can’t tell if it’s even open.
They even had a projection TV and an effing cigarettes machine! (Out of order).
Food was awesome and cheap ($6.50 for a bacon cheeseburger. $4 for more fried and delicious ravioli than one can eat).
The server was amazing and this will be a regular stop whenever I pass through.

The cash only policy is why this place lost a star for me. Besides that this little gem in rural Ohio is pretty dope. The pickle pizza with bacon was pretty good, and I tried multiple appetizers as well that were equally amazing. If you are in the southeast Ohio area this place is worth stopping in.

Best damn bar around been going there for 20 plus years have never been barred which is saying a lot for me cuz I got a a****** magnet and I love to correct people sometimes my pride is my biggest fault but these people has always been fair to me kind and professional and I've never had a problem so highly recommended and the ladies work there sweethearts
