I just went into there tonight and my drink and food was absolutely amazing. Sara-Jo was the manager on shift at the time and also the one who made my drink... And I think it was the best Caramel Macchiato that I have ever had from any McDonald's before. When she's on shift, I will definitely be ordering that item again :).

Yea, I always get what I order, after bullying them into it. You might be able to sell my husband an iced latte that's actually an iced coffee ☕ or convince him you don't know what a Mac wraps is, but I'll always be back to teach y'all the difference 😌

Why is this McDonald's ok with serving such terribly prepared food? Filet-O-Fish with more cheese stuck to the box than the bun, cheeseburger coated in burnt bits from the grill, cold fries. Always something.

I just ordered from there less than 40 minutes ago from inside and i got my drink from the dispensers, i left soon after and drank half my drink and when i went to pick it up to see how much was left i noticed a blackish brown pebble of something that looked like meat or something, come to find out its a rusty bolt. something needs to be done i dont want to die from rust in my system.

Probably one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been in my life it's all the food is always subpar service not that great the restaurants always dirty and it's always slow it just the other day I went through there and slept from awful game pieces on my coat I didn't even have it on the Coke and they didn't tell me so that's why this rating is what it is

Walking into this place is liking walking into the Twilight Zone! Go to get my 5 yr old son the last toy he needed to complete his set. Bought 2 just 1 day ago and the people who were working tonight said we don't sell them without having to buy a Happy Meal. I kindly said that's not right. You can find the key onyour register for selling them. Gabby (manager of ignorance I guess) says we had a meeting last week and we discussed that and aren't allowed to sell them separately. I let her know that they are the only ones out of 10's of 1000's of McDonald's worldwide that has ever said that. I will be going to corporate about this because it's just the final straw on top of tons of messed up orders, catching them lying about their machines being down because they're too lazy to make frapp'es, argumentative managers that are rude and act like they have status over somebody. McDonald's of McArthur needs to be sold to somebody who cares more about their community than this. -5 Stars without a doubt!

Scrap Yard
There are 13,647 McDonald’s in the US and somehow this is the worst one. I could go through the drive thru and order a straw and they would pull me to spot 2 for 20 minutes. One time I went and I decided to try curbside instead, since I knew I would end up parked there anyway. They brought out my drinks in a drink carrier with NO LIDS and they spilled all over me as the guy practically shoved them through my window and ran back inside without a word. I decided to give them another chance and went again. After not receiving my curbside order for 20 minutes while the parking lot was empty, I went through the drive thru where they told me my order was completed and basically that I was lying. In the same visit I got to witness two employees arguing in the parking lot. 0 stars and from now on, as my parents used to say, “we have French fries at home.”
