My husband and I had a great meal. He had baked ham and sides. I had 10oz NY strip. Salads were fresh, entrees were delicious. My steak was cooked just right. We have a house on river and plan on eating often at Chatterbox this summer. Service was great, friendly staff. Our kind of small town restaurant.

There aren't many places where the establishment's owner is sitting at the bar with you, but this is one where he is. Steve, the owner is very friendly and present making sure the place is running well. They have great beef here, too. Burgers and steaks are delicious. Highly recommend

Stopped in Mcconnelsville and took a locals recommendation to stop at the Chatterbox Tavern. My dad and I had a great lunch here. Service was great exceptional and the beers were cold. We tried their Tavern Burger and Teriyaki wings and they tasted great. Wide menu with rotating weekly specials too so everyone can find something they like. Onion rings were crispy and fresh cut fries were great with vinegar. Prices were fair too. Will definitely be back to try other menu options.
