After a 40 minute wait, our order still hadn't been started. Was going to be another 30 minutes at least. So we just canceled our order. Was then told we wouldn't get credit back on our bank card for at least 7 to 14 days.

If their phone lines are busy, the caller receives a disconnected phone message. They had to remake one of my pizzas after I had to go in person once already to order. The staff was polite and apologetic. The pizzas were of good quality. They need to work on keeping up with demand or meeting expectations on busy nights.

Update no refund after 21 days of waitingIf I could rate them zero I would. We ordered a couple pizzas to be delivered at 8 which was 2 hours later. They arrived 26 minutes late with cold pizza. They still charged my card even though they never delivered the pizza. After waiting 13 days for a return I go to the store. The manager tells me to return the next day for a refund. After waiting 38 minutes in the store, I got to hear the employees talk about the customers badly. Anyone who had issues with them just while i waited. Things they messed up like not giving them the right items, losing a guys order on the phone, keeping someone on hold for 10 minutes, and a curbside customer "not pulling up here, making me walk down the street". When I asked where my refund was I was told that they not even started the process of the refund even though it had been 13 days and I had called over 5 times to check and make sure that they were doing their jobs. When I asked "why was my orders late, why was it cold, why did you charge my card for an item you never have me, why did you lie on the phone about my refund status, why did you tell me to come in here and wait for a refund you say you can't give me" I was asked by the tiny little man who was talking the most behind the customers backs to leave. This place has lost my business forever. I still have yet to get my money back.Still no return after 16 days for a pizza not deliveredI keep updating on how they do businessUpdate the b

I'm really thankful for Domino's they have a sale going on and we're really hungry and some of the stuff we get from churches we can't cook at home because we have no plumbing or anything to really cook with not that I'm not thankful for the food that I've received from places but I'm really appreciate Domino's and I'm really really thankful for them ?
