So I just went through the McDonald’s drive-through in McConnelsville, Ohio. I ordered an Oreo McFlurry. When I got my McFlurry, it was green and I asked why it was green. The answer I got was I was wondering the same thing Have a good day. I seen her ask the person that made it and they just waved her off. And of course it’s mint ice cream. I cannot stand mint ice cream. I would just like to say if you can’t do something right then don’t do it at all. Do not make your customer settle for something they did not want.

Food was good gad some what of a wait for my order but overall wasn't that bad !Have had wait longer for order at few other McDonalds!would definately recommend it to others if can share few minutes ti wait on order!!

I went and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and instead got a McChicken so I went inside to get it fixed and got another McChicken. After the third time I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich I finally got the right thing. A couple days later I ordered a Carmel ice coffee it came with a nice big piece of blue plastic in the bottom of it.

I try not to go here at all, because every time I order a coffee. I get a cup full of creamer and no coffee. Then the workers are rude to you when you correct their mistake.

I understand how busy a McDonald's can get during dinner time but, there are no reasons as to why I waited over 20 minutes for my food in a drive through. When I finally got to the window I could see my food sitting there as the employees {two rude girls}, acknowledged my presence but did not give me my food. This has gone on for at least 5 minutes before one of them came to the window and told me I had to pay. I told her that I had a mobile order and had already paid. She closed the window without saying another word and rifled through the many bags of food sitting by the window. Asked her counterpart something and then came back to me confused. As I told her my order she walked away again while I was speaking. She finally gave me my food and I reminded her about my dessert I ordered, she ran over to the ice cream machine, made it, came over and gave it to me. I said thank you I hope you two have a, and then she closed the window in my face before I could even finish trying to be nice to her. I quickly checked to make sure that my food was all there and left before I got even more angry and held up the line any further for the other people. As I was heading down the road, I noticed that my food was already cold and that my large order of fries was barely even half full. After such an ordeal, I get cold food and half of what I paid for. This is the second time in a row that I have had my order of fries cut and this will be the last time I go to this McDonald's.

Management is extremely rude to their customers and staff. The kids working there are nice and hardworking though. Also not to be a skinner, but I did discover a mouse that was running around the lobby. Caught it myself and released it into the wild.

I was surprised to see how dirty the self serve drink area was . It appeared not to have been maintained for a while . Also look at picture can you tell the double Big Mac from regular big Mac ?

Wanted to try the returning McRib. No top bun, pickles on one side, sauce is everywhere. On top of this, the rest of our order was wrong. I wouldn’t mind my order being wrong however, this is just a lack of effort when making this. It shows how much McDonald’s as a company cares about its customers when hiring people that do this.
