Over Priced for simple food. The Band on Thursday was way to loud could not even enjoy talking to date. The food was fine but I can go to my local legion and get better food for half the price. I don't see me going back when there are other places to try in the area.

The best burger and coldest beer I’ve had during my current road trip. Laid back vibe - stop in if you’re considering - you won’t be disappointed!

As a bar it was pretty ok! Food was Not worth the price we paid. Service was good! Was so hot we really didn't stick around. $8 for a jack and coke was 8 too much. Not very child friendly but tried anyway.

Best fish & beer you can get around here. Say what you want but I’d choose this over Jolly Rogers or Tackle Box any day. Would gladly pay higher prices for this fish keep doing what you’re doing!

We love Plank Road Tavern we stumbled upon it a few weeks ago passing through McCuthensville, We stopped and had a fabulous meal So good that we've been back 2 more times. I think were making this our new place to eat. They have so many things on there menu the I got the bacon cheese burger and fries and my husband gets the pork chops. The meals are consistent the service is great, the people are freindly And the music is awesome to me that's what makes a night out fantastic. The building its self has been around for many years with many different owners but this owner comes out and talks to you, he waits on you and make sure your needs are met. With that said you should try them out you wont be disappointed.Parking: The biggest parking lot free parking

Saturday, 610pm, 2 people, dine inBurgers were great! Toasted bun! Chippers (house made potato chips) were better than the fries! Bread pudding was scrumptious. Served warm with whiskey sauce! Jalapeño poppers were savory!Service was good, but the wait was long. We didn't mind since the beverages were cold!Unique tavern atmosphere. It's a very very old building and has some wonky odors from the plumbing.Great music via YouTube!

This place was a unexpected stop but not one to be forgotten. Built in the 1830's and used as a doctor's office, this place has lots of charm. The food was just what we needed to fill ourselves. A burger smothered in mushrooms and onions with a bit of a crunch from the bun. All in all of you ever find yourself in the area stop in for some history and a bite to eat

Food was good. However, the prices weren't updated on the menu and we paid well over the written price. Owner too lazy to update menu prices.
