They refuse to serve somebody with disabilities saying that they cannot serve them basically going against their rights anyone with a disability they would not serve you or let you order there. It happened to one of our individuals and it’s not a good place to go if you can’t serve people with disabilities

Horrible. Embarrassing. I ordered the Chicago deep dish pizza. It was not a deep dish pizza. It was a small pizza with a 3-inch x 3inch block of bread crust. The sauce was salty and flavorless. Very commercial tasting. Flavorless bread. Cheap tasteless cheese. The menu mentioned that this menu item (Chicago deep dish) had extra cheese on it and it barely had any cheese. The dough is so thin on the bottom that I couldn't lift it out of the box to put it on my plate with a spatula. A total disaster and a mess and a horrible dining experience. I ordered online and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. I always arrive early and I did 10 minutes early and my pizza was already sitting getting cold. Stop having kids that eat out of paper bags and wrapped paper to make food that is to be consumed by civilized adults. This place is a commercial place with zero characteristics of a family business. Greedflation. Poor value. Too expensive for such low quality.

This is my favorite pizza Medina has to offer. I highly recommend you try for yourself. I loved and miss Rustic Inn but this place really is close to how it was and brings back memories of what pizza should be. 5 Stars for food and service.
The food is always fantastic...when they get your order right 😭 The past 3 times I have ordered online something has been wrong. Wrong sauce on the pizza 2 times that made a terrible pizza combo, today I got a completely different pizza than what I had ordered. It was still deep dish, but wrong sauce and none of the toppings I ordered. I called them two out of the three times this has happened recently (I think this actually happened once or twice before months ago) and they made it right and sent out the correct order. Today I just couldn't be bothered to do that. I love antonios but it's a bit frustrating to consistently get the incorrect order.

I got my order through door dash. As a trucker I have been all over. I have had pizza at multiple 80+ year old family generation Italian restaurants. I can say without a doubt that tomato and basil pizza I got was super top tier. It’s a shame I can’t say when I will ever be back to this area because, at least this pizza was amongst some of the best in the country. Yall folks are lucky to have these people in your area.
