So disappointing. Waited just about 2 hours to never even eat - with a hungry 4 year old. The wait staff was nowhere to be seen. The host was running around like crazy but seating no one with a party larger than 2 or 3. I would hate to see them actually busy.

People were really nice but I literally vomited 30 minutes after leaving.
My wife ordered the ribs and we had never seen anything more tiny in our lives.
The customer service was really friendly but idk if we could eat here again.
Edit-- we had been in contact with the restaurant and they told us we would see a refund in 7-10 days. They never issued it! We will be be in contact again but we are very angry. I experienced a rough food poisoning and I was not happy about it

I have eaten here a few times, and each time have been disappointed. This most recent time was the last time I will come here—we were served raw burgers with blackened char on the outside. It was also missing the sauce that was supposed to come on it, and had a quarter of a tomato on each burger. In previous visits, the food has also been either burned to a crisp or raw. Service is slow, although our waitress was friendly. They did offer us anything on the menu for free (props to them for trying to make up for it), but the food was so bad we did not take them up on it. The restaurant was also fairly dirty.

Came for dinner 1/6/25. At 5:50. Got seated after a 5 minute wait. Ordered our food at 6:10 Server was fast with drinks and taking order. Me and my brother didn’t receive our food until 7pm. I got the appetizer combo. I’m literally pregnant and waited a whole 50 minutes for food that should have took 15 minutes. There is no reason why my 4 wings had to be ice cold. STALE CHIPS! No chicken in the quesadilla just burnt tortilla with a pinch of cheese. And my spinach artichoke dip was not even full half way. I asked for a manager the manager never came to our table. I walked out didn’t eat or pay! DISGUSTING, treacherous, and horrible.
