The new interior is very nice and it looked very clean inside. My friend and I ordered the 2 for $25 and got cheese burgers. (The special is slightly misleading to be honest so that's why we ordered burgers) But I wish the server would ask if we wanted any ketchup, mustard, or mayo on the burgers when we ordered them rather than after he brought them to the table. Basically had to deconstruct my burger after it was brought and that's when I found the lettuce. If I'm going to spend $12.00 on a cheese burger is it really so much to expect the cook making it to know not to use lettuce ends? And the onion. Maybe two pieces of onion. Not two onion rings, but maybe half an onion ring cut in half. I did bring it to the servers attention who brought out a new piece of lettuce but come on. Who puts lettuce like this on a burger?

I ordered the Bacon ranch chicken sandwich with waffle fries which was supposed to be side what a remarkable experience barely any waffle fries as a normal side portion not only that but my bacon ranch chicken sandwich was cold like was not Hot. I’m very disappointed from what I can see on the reviews others had issue with the experience. Save your money go somewhere else.

I would give it a zero if I could. Usually I love Applebee's but I ordered take out tonight and for the second time in a row of ordering Applebee's my order was wrong. My first experience I asked for no mayonnaise due to my egg allergy and they put it on . That was no problem it was fixed. Tonight, first I put in my order 10 min later the lady came out with drinks and a bill to sign fine. She said it would be up soon. My husband and I waited over 40 min for our food to get it and open up to find out it was freezing cold and the bottom burnt on our burgers. I take in the order and ask for the manager . She comes out is super rude and gives me a look then opened the food and touched our food all over and said well it's really not that cold. . Then gave me a look like are you going to take it. I refused who wouldn't after it's touched . Then took it back and was talking to the cooks meanwhile I heard them talking , laughing, etc . When my husband and I got home we opened the burgers to find the were dripping full of grease the bun , lettuce tomato , fries everything destroyed . I was able to bring my burger out . That is absolutely disgusting . I also found two hairs in my food . Needless to say we threw it all out and not only had no dinner but are sick.Applebee's better straighten up for me to come back . Steer clear , the health department needs alerted.

Me and my daughter were there on 2/25/25. The server who was bartending and waitressing but not busy at all.she didn't write our order down and forgot the appetizers.my daughter ordered them again at the end of our meal and the queso sauce was not warm.i ordered the meal that comes with ajus and she forgot that.had to ask her for it.the food was excellent as usual except for the queso wasn't warm.my brother and I eat there once a month and this is the first time I've had bad service.i could understand if it was real busy but this was around the 2:00 hour and she wasn't busy at all.she didn't seem to care.

Place has really been disappointing the last 2 visits. The time before this we didn't even get seated as we were told it would be 45 mins not for a table but for them to have silverware, as they were to busy getting food to the tables to clean silverware or wrap the clean in their paper napkins.
This time we sat at the bar ordered apps and got those but never had a chance to order entrees as the bartender had to wait the bar patrons and she was also in charge of waiting the entire upper teir on the north side of the building, which had a couple large parties plus rest of tables were full oh and make drinks for the rest of the resturant. Person at bar next to us waited 15 mins for bartender to cash him out so he could leave. Will try another city and see if it's just a medina issue or a Applebee's issue.
Parking: People can park oversized vehicles on south side of parking ilo taking up 2 spots and sticking half way into drive.

Server was extremely rude, and my cup sat empty until I asked another waitress for a refill. I think this is the first review I’ve ever submitted but I’m just really disappointed. Came in at 8:50 so we didn’t “qualify” for the half priced appetizers. I genuinely would have understood if it was busy but she maybe had five tables??

Place just did not have their act together that night. Kitchen had mo idea what they were doing. Dome of the food was cold when it came out. Not all the food came out st tbe same time. As in one plate came out no fries. Had to wait on ribs. Then had to wait on fries. Got tbe check messed up. Used the checkout at the table. I paid for the table behind me. Had to still pay my bill but waited 3 days to get my refund ony card. Bad night bad experience. Actually felt bad for our waiter. He tried. Except for messing up the check he was alright.
Place was clean. Server was nice. But prices were high portions were small. I was uncomfortable in our seating. No leg room. Table was tight up to benches. I use to love going there.

I just recently stopped working at the Medina Applebee's. Management is Terrible. General Manager Heather lacks tact, interpersonal skills, confidentiality, and Leadership qualities. She wears sweaters even in the summer because she has tacky tattooed sleeves on both Arms. None of the managers have a college Degree and the one manager Rich didn't even have a high school diploma. Majority of the Food is Microwaved.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Only a few other people were there and we waited almost 40 minutes just to get our food. By the time we got it, it was ICE cold. That’s absolutely pathetic. Their excuse was that they only had one cook. They didn’t offer to refill any of our drinks. Tried to charge us for extra chips. Our server walked past us multiple times without even asking if we were good or if we needed anything. I will never go back to Apple bees again. It was dinner time and the restaurant was empty. Then the same server proceeded to give the people behind us an excuse as to why their drinks weren’t ready yet. No, we will NOT give you guys another chance again. The manager didn’t make us pay for our food which we shouldn’t have had to do anyways since the food was cold and wasn’t even made correctly. Thanks for ruining our family dinner.
