I ordered through DoorDash as I do pretty often from here with no issue but after ordering I called and asked if they could add peppercorn ranch to the bag and if my Buffalo Chicken slider could be made with less sauce and they said no problem. After receiving my food there was no ranch and my sandwich was saucy after. Like the wrapper is so messy from how much sauce they added and that just feels really petty. I couldn't even call the store and complain because they wouldn't do any since it was thru DoorDash. Really poor experience.

The man at the window made me physically give him my cell phone to pay by Apple Pay. I do not think any establishment should be physically, touching your phone and taking it from you to use Apple Pay. He should be pulling out the device so that I can tap it myself. I did not like this, and it felt fishy to me.

Amazing customer service at this location! The manager Rachel gave me 2 free rb sandwiches that were just sitting there. I appreciate it because I'm struggling right now so I go for the 4 for 10 but it was really nice of her to give me extra food. I will only go to this location.

Food was good and the staff were friendly and efficient.
Went through the drive-through it was dark out, and the lights are out placed my order. Thought I was being polite telling them that the lights weren’t on outside just for the girl at the window to go tell the manager that I had a problem. She comes to the window and says to me is there a problem I was like no there’s no problem. I just thought you’d like to know. The lights weren’t on outside. She was very rude.
