I like to support small local businesses, so I really hate to leave a bad review. However, I left feeling very disappointed and I think other people need to know how this place operates. We had a gift card for Medina brewing company. The only reason we went here was because we had the gift card. We walked in , the name on the door says Medina brewing company. We were told we could sit wherever we wanted. We ordered food, went to pay the bill and I handed our waitress the gift card. She then told us that she couldn’t take it because it WASN’T Medina brewing company and only the actual bar was Medina brewing company. I definitely think they should tell customers up front that they run two separate businesses in there. I go to a lot of places and have never seen something like this. It was very odd and I left feeling ripped off and just didn’t have a good feeling. So now I still have this gift card and I really don’t want to even go back to use it .

Interesting dinning experience. The bar is separate from restaurant. So u end up with two bills. However waitress did orders for both. ? Wife paid the bills while I went little boys rm, said lol. Waitress added herself 25% tip to both bills. Grrrrr. 25% for me is reserved for an over the top dinning experience. This was not the place. Average BBQ with bar scene. Shady wait staff.

Absolutely the best ribs and pulled pork I have found around this area! Extremely juicy pork and smoky tender ribs with a nice BBQ sauce on the side.
For a restaurant with “dog” in the name I thought the hotdogs would be better… this location definitely feels like a bar that started serving food.
The pretzel was delicious, and the tater tots were nice and crispy. Pictured is the #5 Loaded Tots which had *one bite* of brisket and a good amount of sauce. The back of this picture is the kids chicken nuggets with macaroni and cheese.
Also be aware that you will have TWO separate bills: one for food and one for drinks (including soda, lemonade, & tea).
Parking: The parking lot was full so we had to park down the street and walk over. The walk was close enough to not be a hassle.
Kid-friendliness: This location did have high chairs available ?

Big Dog Daddy's serves up some solid BBQ and Smoked meats. The Pulled Pork Sandwich with original BBQ sauce was one of the better Pulled Pork sandwiches we've had in the area. The Brem Brat Burger was also something special; a Brat and a Burger in one! We also enjoyed some pints from Medina Brewing Company in their bar area and listened to some local music. It's the setting of a bar so it can be loud, but the food and beers are well worth it!

Came here from Cleveland Heights, on our way to Wilmington, OH for a concert. We got "Totchos" with pulled pork, jalapeños, cheese, and more. Usually when you order dishes like this the toppings are sparse... NOT HERE!!! They were seriously loaded and the jalapeños were so fresh and crunchy, I could have eaten a bowl of them.Because they have baby back ribs and I'm used to the small racks I get from other restaurants, I ordered a full rack. Well... these huge baby backs! They were very tender, seasoned/smoked perfectly, and smeared with delicious sauce. I could barely get through half the rack, but my leftovers were great.For me, the star of the show was the collard greens! They were the best greens I've had in a restaurant. The texture and flavor were PERFECT. It's an hour drive, but I'd literally go back for a big bowl of greens with jalapeños! Sad... but true.Our meal ended with the chef coming out of the kitchen to speak to diners and check-in. As a chef, I LOVED this part because it showed how in-touch he still is with the meaning behind his work, the customers. We could feel the Chef's passion for creating fresh food that people enjoy. I CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK!!!

For the first time since I came to the United States of America, this is the best hot dog I have ever eaten in my life. My wife and I loved it very much. The chef who wears an American flag band on his head is very respectful and the way he dealt with us was excellent and I loved him, and we will do it again as well.
