Oh so disappointed in this place. It took over 45 minutes for them to not serve me food. I was so ravenous that I walked out and ended up walking to Sully's and ordered food quicker than it took to finally fill my order. I appreciate the owner directly responding to my review. In the future knowing that this is the busiest time of the year for your business, I highly encourage a limited menu, which would expedite service, and serving individuals that are ordering in the restaurant prior to filling orders that are being picked up by GrubHub or other services.

I used Big Dog Daddy to cater for my husband’s 50th birthday party.
The food was amazing! Easy to order, very accomodating, and Everyone raved about the food. I did the 3 meat, 3 sides option. Would definitely use them to cater my next event. Thank you so much!

My family and I stopped in for a bite to eat today. Everything was good, the food, service and the atmosphere. Jen was our waitress and she was great. Greeted us with a smile and made sure to check in with us to see that everything was good. We definitely plan to come back.

Medina Brewing Company has mostly great employees, but check your tab for extra items and double charges. Yesterday, a passing bartender who is new and didn't serve my two beers asked what type of beer I got, so I told him. Later, the bartender who served my last beer asked how I was already on my third. When I said it was my second, he told me that a third beer had been added to my tab. He offered to correct it, but we agreed that he could just pour a third one after I finished the second. Problem solved, or so I thought. Unfortunately, the other bartender was first to notice when beer #2 was low and offered to get another. Knowing he'd add a fourth beer to my tab, I declined and explained that my original bartender owed me one and had agreed to get my next beer for me. He insisted on knowing why, so I explained that he had charged me a second time for beer #2. He insisted I was wrong, called up my tab, saw 3 beers, and claimed he had entered the second, not the third, so it was not his fault. When I told him that he shouldn't add things to my tab that he didn't serve, he started a heated argument, claiming that he had to correct my bartender's mistake. Eventually, his zeal to be absolved of all responsibility led him to remove the third beer from my tab against my previously stated wishes. I was angry that I couldn't convince him to leave me and my tab alone. So, I gave up, and paid & tipped my actual bartender, and the argumentative guy apologized. I accepted, but shouldn't have, because all the while he and a server visiting from upstairs continued asserting that he did nothing wrong. So the gist of it was "sorry, but I did nothing wrong". When the guy insisted that I had to shake his hand. I told him to get away and left. The fact is that he did almost everything wrong, and aside from the upstairs server who verbally fed his self-righteous ego, he was at fault for all that happened. He failed to ask the bartender who served me to correct his own mistake, if there was one. He added things that he did not serve to my tab and didn't tell my bartender about it, causing the double charge. Having been told that the issue was resolved, he failed to leave it be and started an argument. He then altered my tab a second time, sabotaging the solution that the other bartender and I had already agreed upon. Were it not for him, none of that would have occurred. Anyway, he'll undoubtedly continue adding drinks that he did not serve to MBC customer tabs. It won't be mine, so it might be good to double check yours.

Stopped in for a bite with my wife after our kid's cross country meet. A friend had recommended this place to me.

The food is absolutely fantastic. We had the brisket tacos with side salads and we shared a Bavarian pretzel. Everything was so good and very reasonably priced.

Our sever was very polite and attentive. She was a complete joy. The Halloween decor for the season is also a nice touch. I will definitely give back here any time I am out that way. If you're in the mood for BBQ with a nice twist, definitely stop in here!

We absolutely love Big Dog Daddy's food! We've been enjoying his dishes since he operated out of a food truck on Wooster Pike Road. It’s amazing to see his journey from the food truck to having his own restaurant—a wonderful success story! We’re thrilled for him and his family as they continue to grow their business. The food here is fantastic. My fiancé loves the hot dogs, while I enjoy the wings and the delicious brisket. If you're looking for a great brisket taco, this is the place to go!

Came in today with my boyfriend after walking around at the cryptic fest on the square. Tanner was our server, and he was great! We had the Mac and Cheese balls, Delicious! Then ordered some Brisket Tacos, and my boyfriend had the Smokehouse Smasher. So much flavor! We live in the building but always frequent Big Dogs because of the Delicious food!

This place is hidden, and if it wasn't for google, I never would have found this place.
We stopped here on our way to Cleveland for a concert. The food was amazing and my girlfriend was even able to try a sample of alcohol from the bar. Our water was really nice and the mac n cheese was great. If you're in the area this restaurant is a MUST!

Had the best food today after the tunnel to towers event. The server, Tanner was fantastic! So personable, and knowledgeable about the menu. We had a large group, and despite there being a few other large groups… he was on top of everything! Will be back!

As a friend and I were wrapping up our trip to nearby majestic meadows, we were looking for a quick place to grab a bite to eat. In searching out surrounding area, we found Big Dog Daddy's. On arrival, we found our way to what is essential a basement area. It was, I'll admit, a bit sketchy to walk down some dimly lit corridors following signs to try and locate the restaurant. We finally got to a split in the path that indicated dine in vs to go. We entered the door marked dine in and were greated with what could looked like a bar setup in some affluent persons basement. It had a bar with random patrons, rustic looking tables strewn about, TV's playing college football, some random old arcade machines, and some brewing equipment.

We clearly looked confused and the kind lady at the bar indicated we could sit anywhere and someone would be by to bring us menu's. Our waitress explained that any food we ordered would come from Big Dog Daddy's but any beverages would be charged separately from the bar/brewery. We only drank water so this was not something we had to deal with but something to keep in mind.

At the recommendation of the waitress, we both ordered a cup of their award winning chili and the hoggy doggy hot dog (BACON WRAPPED BIG DOG/DEEP FRIED/ CAROLINA MUSTARD/SLOW SMOKED PULLED PORK/MAC AND CHEESE/ ORIGINAL BBQ SAUCE) I also ordered a side of French fries.

Chili came out first and was some of the best chili I have had quite. We were both equal impressed with it. The hot dogs came out shortly after we wrapped up our chili and wow, they were giant. They serve them with a knife and fork and I understand why. I was able to get the dog top to bottom In a full bite but my friend had to cut it up to be able to eat it. The combination of each of the flavors blended very well together, the base hotdog had a good snap and chew to it. French fries were standard Sysco (it tasted like) and nothing remarkable but very serviceable.

Will absolutely try their food again to check out some of the other flavor options on the menu for sure. May get it to go though as the loud, bar atmosphere was not really my jam.

I love this place. From the salads to hotdogs to pulled pork. This place will make your mouth water. I had the Windy City hot dog and the mac and cheese. Tanner was my waiter. And he is the best. Friendly and fast service.

Best REAL BBQ anywhere. My job has taken me all over the world and I love BBQ. I have had it in Korea, Germany, Japan (yes they claim to have BBQ), the Carolinas, Austin... At Big Daddy's they will not treat the stuff they serve to obscure the meat. You will get real beef, real pork. Sometimes different, because every cow and pig is different. And that is the beauty here. They smoke everything perfectly. Try the Ghost Pepper sauce. Its perfect. Not too hot, not to sweet. Everything is ethereal.

You’d have to be hammered to think this food is good. I’d rather have a McRib from McDonald’s. The brisket sandwich had good flavor but was dry. The fried Oreos were the highlight of the meal. The collard greens tasted like eating wet leaves, and the baked beans would have been better straight out of a can.
