Former grill cook at Bob evans, worked for about 5 days and walked off the job due to poor management and cleanliness. Workers don’t communicate with one another. I’ve personally seen grill cooks use no gloves, blow snot into gloves and then use that same glove to handle YOUR food with. I’ve also seen raw chicken gloves not changed after use. The grills rarely get cleaned, the under sides and floor are covered in old oil and rotting food. This place needs better management team and cleaned every week.

We ordered the country fried steak family meal for takeout at Bob Evans Medina. When we got it home, the rolls were burnt and hard, the steaks tasted old, and the green beans had old ones mixed in at the bottom with fresh ones on top. When my husband asked for his money back, he was rudely told that they would have to email corporate to see if he could have it back. When my husband asked how hes supposed to know what "corporate" says, he shrugged his shoulders. Seriously??!!! Never heard of that at a restaurant. Ever. Bob Evans doesn't deserve customers.

Ordered take out. The employee was very kind when we picked it up. But super super disapointed in the food. The home fries were so bitter i couldnt eat them. They mixed up the eggs in the orders. Ordered over medium and 2 were overhard and 1 was over easy. Hashbrowns were very undercooked. The only part of the meal we both genuinely enjoyed was the sausage links. The pancakes were good as well. Not worth $37 at all. Im not really sure how they got the potatoes to be so bitter?? What did they do to them??

This was the worst Bob Evans experience I've ever had. The restaurant was about 15% full. Very empty for the time we were there. That should of been a sign. The food took 45 minutes to get out. On top of that they did forget items. The worst part was the cold sausage. It was cold because it wasn't cooked all the way and had raw spots on it. So it's safe to say I wasn't pleased at all. Go to the Denny's next door. Maybe that'll be better. Luckily we were just passing through and won't ever have to go back.

Not so good today. 2 of 4 breakfasts were ok. Toast and omelet burnt. I mean black spots not just well done brown on the omelet. Toast obviously burnt. . Can’t believe cook or server would out that in front of customer. It was like they were fiend to last potatoe for hash browns and split it up between us. Haven’t been there for quite awhile and will be awhile longer . Tired of telling myself you can’t get good help anywhere now but true. No quality control

Waiter takes forever to come take our order ( we waited 15 minutes) and the place was not busy. Then when the order arrives my wife's sides where wrong and my side was not brought out.
10 minutes later my wife has a correct side brought out and another 5 minutes passed before I got my side. (a bowl of chili) I was told the chili was very hot to be careful, I asked for some sour cream. First the bowl was not hot and was in fact barely warm as was the chili. The sour cream as you can imagine never appeared.
Went to pay, young lady asked how my meal was. I explained the mess we had and she looked at me said, I am very sorry and then told me the bill total. No offer for a manager or to make it right. I was paying with card and she kept asking about me giving a tip. I finally said to her, only tip I have is for this place to close.
I know I was rude at the end but honestly I had been through enough and they expected a tip for CRAPPY service and food.
