Ordered curb side hours ahead and upon pick up everything looked like it was sitting and calling apart.

Stopped here for a quick lunch. Table of 4, which included 2 children. We were seated upon walking in the door. Exciting... that excitement quickly turned. We sat there for 15 minutes without a server ever coming to our table. 3 other tables were seated after us and were immediately served. At the 20 minute mark, we walked out. I stopped to tell an associate about the lack of service. There were a ton of servers and only 3 tables in a section of 4 or more servers.

I thought the country fried steak was excellent and our waitress was very nice and helpful. She went out of her way to make our lunch enjoyable. Thank you!

I would give this a zero star. Served cold coffee my water was warmer than the coffee. Food was serviced cold but on a warm plates. We walked out but they still made us pay for food that was not edible. Would recommend to my pets. Save yourself a terrible meal eat somewhere else.

Staff was nice. Food was subpar. Hash browns were inedibly. Country fried steak was mostly breading. Eggs were over cooked. Toast was pretty good.

As soon as I walked in, I was immediately judged. Not by the hostess, but by the lack of one. We waited for at least 10 minutes to be seated as it took the employees forever to get a table cleaned. I got some food to go and made the mistake of not checking it before. I ordered scrambled eggs that were atrocious, especially because they added green cream cheese. I have an attached a photo for reference, and I believe it speaks volumes for the products cooked at this establishment. I will never return because I was sick for days and just gathered the strength to write this review.Peace and love,Samantha

I got to the Hampton at about 8 and this place was open until 9 so I made the short walk of maybe 200 yards from the hotel for a quick and very good Southwest Chicken & avocado dinner. Alison did a nice job helping me, even if it was very close to closing time. She started me with some unsweet tea and biscuits (picture attached). For my entree, I had the Southwest chicken and avocado dinner: In addition to two chicken breasts, it had corn, black beans, in addition to avocado and tortilla strips, I added broccoli and green beans (picture also attached). I usually think of Bob Evans as a breakfast place, but they had a large selection of dinner options.

Beyond disappointed with the pickup order we've just received from this location. The food was mispackaged, with the Mac and cheese that was supposed to go with a burger and mashed potatoes and gravy that were supposed to be seperate being swapped. Meaning that by the time we had scraped the mashed potatoes out of the box, there was no gravy left as it had been soaked up by the fries it was mistakenly packaged next to. We were missing an entire gallon of peach iced tea. We went back for this, and the (admittedly apathetic) manager personally replaced the item, only to get it home and find out that it was only tea; no sweetener or flavored syrup. The food was all cold, though it was picked up at the exact time doordash recommended. And on top of all of this, at 7:30 on a Friday night this was the only restaurant in the immediate area that did not have a full/overflowing parking lot. It seems rather obvious now why that is. With as little business as was there, it seems that a lot more care should have been taken to get this order correct. As a restaurant employee myself, I don't go out of my way to leave negative reviews. However I would be embarrassed to have served this food to anyone. Do better.
