This is my absolute favorite place to visit on Medina Public Square, 10/10 rating. Walking into the building is amazing in itself as it is painted like a fairytale. My girls and I just love it so much. Amazing service and Bubbletea! Highly recommend!
Bubbleberry is very delicious, and I have received great service from their staff. Alexis was so patient with us! The boba in the picture is mango lemonade with strawberry popping boba.
I have only been here a few times, including today! I’m not sure who was working but as soon as I walked out the door I dropped my drink and spilled it all, and the employee working was so kind and made me a new drink. It was embarrassing, but she was very understanding and kind! I’m sorry you had to clean it but the employees are always super nice when I go!
