We came at 5pm and we werent served our food til 6:40, we sat at the bar and there was only one tender the entire 2 hours. Unacceptable and totally feel bad for the girl behind the bar. It was a saturday and thats just insane to be so understaffed. Things were missing from our dinner drinks took forever to get. I dont blame the server one bit BWW needs to step it up and do better for their staff and customers.

Ok I know that food prices have increased, but how can a place that stakes their reputation on chicken wings serve with good conscience quail wings? Yes size matters on your wings. You increased the price right? Ok second. Our order of wings came out too fast. Yes and they were ice cold. Meaning the wings you served me were already fried for the (rush). Our server was great as I sent the wings back and she did. Within a blink of an eye our second batch of wings returned meaning again cooked ahead of time but this time we’re hot . Maybe flashed fried before they were served. I use to frequent Buffalo wind wings but now headed to Popeyes for there LARGE wings.

I love going to buffalo wild wings but kind disappointing the wings are getting so small I don't like that the wing are usually little bigger but the wings we got yesterday were so little I was upset

Ordered take out for my family tonight. Food was pretty good. They forgot my son’s fruit cup but accidents happen and it was a pretty big order. If I could change anything I would recommend leaving the dressing on the side for takeout salads. By the time I got home and in the house my salad was very soggy and my croutons were squishy. Also a little disappointed in the size of the beer cheese sauce for the pretzels. It definitely was not enough, especially when the beer cheese is so good. An entire appetizer deserves more than 2 tablespoons of cheese.Everything was good enough for a dinner tonight but it will probably be awhile before we order again.

I would leave zero stars for food if I could considering we did not receive our order (an appetizer and a burger) We waited 65 minutes after giving the bartender our order. Checked several times and was told the ticket just came up but instead of actually getting it the bartender instantly went and got someone elses drinks with no further action After another 20 minutes and several followups we decided to pay for our drinks and leave. Not once did we receive an apology or explanation from management or the bartenders. Horrible service and won't be back. I suggest On Tap nearby instead.
