One of the best fast food establishments left in this hole Medina. I noticed a HUGE step up in game in the past year. Friendly staff. Food is always made right. The cleanliness is great. It’s great to know you can go to Burger King and still get a great experience.
Still can't get a order right ordered 2 doubles got singles can't put ketchup on a burger think half of the workers are mentally challenged there machines do 90% of the work and they still mess it up get new workers or properly train these people this is out of hand happens 80% of the time I go here

Maybe there were some bad reviews, but I think they fixed the problem because I just had the best whopper ever. It was an edge to edge WHOPPER‼️ The bun was fresh and soft, not crusty and dry. I can’t stand any of the McDonald’s burgers. Flame grill is the way to go. Burger King is edged to edge at least! Thanks for making me a great burger today today because I was not feeling good.

Maybe it was just tonight’s staff, but they were very rude and unprofessional. They screwed up my order and had the audacity to give me an attitude about it when I was being cool with them about the situation. I’m definitely finding another Burger King to go to because this one in Medina is awful anymore.
