Ordered a mushroom Swiss melt. And cheesy tots. Got an American cheese and onion burger far from melted. And the cheesy tots were cold. Very disappointing, have we really gotten to a place where we are expected to settle for this kind of service. Never getting what you order and cold food.

Well today's visit 11/16/23 was not a pleasant one. First of all it took over 15 minutes to get my food. They managed to mess up the orders of the two people ahead of me. I do not use the drive thru, cause they have messed up orders in the past. Going inside didn't seem to matter either. My order was simple. A double hamburger with ketchup and mozzarella sticks. First they only did a single burger so had to go back inside, then found out after I left that they overcooked the mozzarella sticks and most of them had blown up. To say the least they were a train wreck today.

My favorite lunch time go to! The people are all so friendly, always smiling, and they make sure I always feel welcomed! You can't beat 2 Jr whoppers for $5, either! Thank you BK and BK workers! YOU RULE! ?

We went through the drive thru and whoever was taking the order had problems understanding our order, finally she seemed to get it right, the guy at the window read the order back to us, we got home and instead of 2 Whopper JR they were 2 cheeseburgers, would have gone back there but it was late and just didn't want to go

I know that staffing at restaurants is tough but the quality still needs to exist if you hope to stay in business. The picture is of my croissant. My granddaughter's wasn't much better, it fell apart when she tried eating it.

The service at the Medina location was exceptional today. The Gentleman who took my order was very pleasant, I believe he was the manager. Service was very fast. Great customer service. Don’t like the fries though.
