very disappointed. drive through order was incorrect...even after repeated several times. Had to go in and take care of things. quality of food was disappointing... as were the extras i asked for and was told would not be a problem. Went home and called store to express my disappointment. Had to leave message. Never got a reply and that was several days ago. Store seems to have its flair

They are not deaf-friendly. I applied job at Chick-fil-A in Medina Ohio. They refused to interview me and not get me a job. Yet you still posting that you are hired needed. Wow. Just wow. Like when you are willing to work with the deaf community?? Never??? You are not perfect like deaf people can’t work…

I love Chick-fil-a, I had it for the first time a few months ago and I just can't stop, the crispy chicken strips are my favorite along with the creamy mac'n'cheese and lovely service I recieve every time. Good job, guys!
Had exceptional service today in this Chick Fil A location. Everyone was great, but I'm specifically talking about one of the employees named Thom. If you haven’t had the chance to meet or be serviced by him I suggest coming to this location. Thank you for being so awesome Thom, the world is a better place with you in it.

I went in and ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a drink, and needed to pay in cash... When I handed over my quarters they told me "we can't take that". Money is money...it was all I had so I had to cancel the order and leave with nothing. No apologies, nothing. Please don't tell me a company that big can't take quarters as payment for 2 sandwiches and a drink...they acted like I was trying to pay them using buttons. Will NEVER be coming back, they disappoint me every time, but this was the last straw. The quality of the food is consistently bad lately and NOW they won't take change?!....I'm done.

yesterday me & my boyfriend had a bad experience. mind you we drive 40mins to even get this. yesterday we ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal. then i asked for to more slices chicken sandwich but not the meal just the sandwiches. we got regular. okay no biggie. its whatever ig. mind you we drove to a park to eat. so then we are getting ready to eat our brownie and didnt get one. this isnt the first time that this has happened to us and its disappointing because we love the food and drive far to get it expecting to at least get what we asked for. i didn’t want to drive back 15 mins back to complaine bc im not one to but it was honestly upsetting.i also was only givin a receipt sticker on my bag.

Everyone is over and above with their friendly personalities. The training that each person has obviously had is working. The food is also great and the restaurant and bathrooms are very Clean. It's very nice to be able to go out and enjoy the whole package. Keep up the wonderful job you are ALL doing. Thank you.
