This is our go to Chipotle in Medina. We always get take out from here. We have had numerous bad experiences with the other location on North Court, so we started going to this one. We love this location. The employees are always very fast, efficient, and friendly. We’re always in and out of the restaurant within 5 minutes or less. Would highly recommend.
Parking: Many parking spots in the front or to the side of the building.
I ordered the brisket, way too sweet. I do not like sweet meat, especially in Mexican food.

Ordered through door dash after work. Repeatedly delayed for over an hour and the store is about to close. I could not get a hold of anyone at the store but instead was faced with difficult automated service which seems to be designed just to keep me from reaching a human. Terrible service and communication. Terrible way to treat customers.
After 1 hour of no communication I finally received my order. No fault to door dash at all.
Will not order again ever. Save your time and order from a company that cares.

A Mexican place that runs out of cheese? Offers queso instead, I said just a little, and they charged for the usual amount. The worker really seemed like she would have rather been anywhere else. First time visiting this location, and will most likely be our only visit. As a consumer and shareholder of chipotle I expected more.

This Chipotle location is by far the best in the area. The staff are great every time I stop in everyone is so friendly. This location is sparkling clean and the food is always fresh and prepared well.
Food was bad the steak was under cooked and gross. The service was horrible they must have been rationing because they couldn’t do better than half a scoop. One of my worst chipotle experiences will not be coming back. RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT EAT

This is a fast food Mexican style chain restaurant. It is pretty good. The employees seemed efficient and there were some employees cleaning off tables and cleaning up too. We liked our food. Everything is made to order and you just tell them which toppings you want on your food and they prepare it right there n front of you.
