So...I just went in there and ordered 3 burritos. First let me say all the staff was working, like the people in the back of the kitchen area were cleaning, there was a young lady cleaning the online order make table. The young man who helped me was very nice, he confirmed my choices a few times which was reassuring. After getting done with other prep a different young man came to help the lady after me with her order. They found more spicy red. Hey and then I found out Chipotle...
This is our go to Chipotle in Medina. We always get take out from here. We have had numerous bad experiences with the other location on North Court, so we started going to this one. We love this location. The employees are always very fast, efficient, and friendly. We’re always in and out of the restaurant within 5 minutes or less. Would highly recommend.

This Chipotle location is by far the best in the area. The staff are great every time I stop in everyone is so friendly. This location is sparkling clean and the food is always fresh and prepared well.
