I ordered a chicken bowl online and only got 2 pieces of chicken. Is this a joke? I've never seen such a small portion at Chipotle. It was like they gave me half a spoonful. I will never order from there again.

Pre-ordered my food. Get there no food. Had to present my phone, got treated like an idiot, got the fifth degree even had to spell my name slowly. All you find out they didn't even make the order. What's the point of being able to Pre-order food if the staff can decide not to make till you get there? Kinda defeats the point.

I went in to get my food and it was heavily packed, I waited in line politely waiting for my turn. The worker started telling me to scream my order when i was 5 feet away from the counter. She was heavily rude and her attitude towards me was disrespectful. I asked if I could have extra steak and she rudely said, “we don’t have anymore.” and processed to walk away from me. I had enough of her attitude and went to leave and she kept shouting and being disrespectful. Last time I ordered my food was cold and disgusting. Managers need to step up and do something about this, it’s getting ridiculous.

This chipotle is honestly terrible. Makes me want to never eat chipotle again. I remember days when I’d look forward to going chipotle and now it’s just so gross and bad. Undercooked chicken. Incorrect ingredients. Gross serving area. Small potions. Poor attitudes. Just absolutely terrible. Service and quality were just so bad. The owner/manager should ashamed of themselves for the food and service they provide. 100% choose a different location.

Genuinely the worst chipotle in Ohio… never ever ever get an order right - either in person or when ordered online. Always something missing, the store is actually super gross inside, food is always cross contaminated and some of the workers obviously don’t care to do their jobs right

The food is really good don't get me wrong but the lack of actually trying to do their job is insane. I ordered a burrito and was given a bowl that was suitable for a toddler it barley filled hence why I get burritos but I guess its impossible to do your job right.

Rice was very undercooked and hard, and chicken had multiple inedible chunks of cartilage.
Our burritos were basically square shaped short things that were 50% tortilla, very difficult to eat and enjoy. The men's restroom also smelled like a wet dog peed inside, it was awful.

I recently ordered a bowl and a tortilla to go and my tortilla literally has a small piece of glass in it. I sliced my thumb open and was so lucky that I didn’t eat it. Definitely be careful when deciding to eat at this location. I called to let the store know so hopefully no one else got hurt.

The service was so bad the lady kept rushing and she only gave us half portions of everything my cheese quesadilla wasn’t even melted and it was all greasy they ripped my tortillas and they charged me for another tortilla because they ripped the first one terrible experience
