Ordered a bowl with extra rice and chicken lettuce sour cream and cheese welp got charged full price for a half full bowl and 6 pieces of chicken just go to another location this place is UNBELIEVABLE.
Not to mention the chips are so stale itâs not even funny taste and feels like itâs been there for a month

GO TO ROUTE 18; this location is beyond pathetic. Portion sizes are kid size non-stop.. ordered to my house, third time missing food and my rice burrito is a chicken burrito.. Chipotle must be going bankrupt from paying for college tuition.

Iâve been a long time chipotle customer but lately the games have been getting ridiculous. Seems to be rule of thumb is you HAVE to ask for double meat or else youâre getting 3 tiny pieces of it, the employees all seem like their dog just died, and when you say âa little bit of salsa on thatâ apparently that means glob a whole spoonful on. Genuinely have not had a good Chipotle experience here in up to if not over a year. Really starting to believe they donât care about the reviews, and donât care about customer satisfaction, because in a yearâŠ.. nothing has changed.

I gave them another chance tonight. Again, they fail so miserably. I think the first girls hates life and everyone. Maybe farsighted as well. She gave everyone the smallest amounts i have ever seen. This place is falling apart, the children just can not keep it together. O ha ebeen to other ones and i have had much better experiences. This place use to be great, so sad.

If I could give this no stars, I would. Staff are just miserable and food is horrible. Not to mention, being out of something that is the topper to the entire meal. They should let you know what they are out of before you even order, in stead of waisting time and money on something that the customer won't enjoy. Horrible, absolutely horrible. Do not eat here or even waits your time.
Terrible service. Told one of the workers politely that they were out of silverware and bro shrugged his shoulders⊠like what. Found the utensils underneath the counter myself. Also the chipotle chicken here does not taste right.

I ordered delivery through the app today, upon arrival the queso was so old/burnt it was yellow. I then proceed to shake my bowl & open it, to find a piece of hair sticking out & now shaken into the bowl. itâs very upsetting paying delivery prices & receiving the lowest quality & an unsanitary meal.
