Most consistent chipotle I’ve ever been to I usually feel like I’m being robbed by most chipotles, but the three times that I’ve gone here they were more than fair with the portions and the food tasted great also friendly staff.

THE RAREST DIAMOND
Just ordered Chipotle today in the evening time. I had about three bites and I'm already starting to feel sick. Keep in mind I took my order to go and once I pay for it I went to the restroom to wash my hands and noticed a Chipotle bowl in the toilet that looks like someone threw up inside of it. Never going to get a Chipotle another chance. They are just quite nasty. I don't know what happened but things have changed and they are still doing business making people sick.

Always hit or miss, but the last couple times I have been here it has been pretty bad. One time they just did not have white rice (at all) on a Friday at 5pm. The next time it tasted like they tripled the amount of salt the recipe called for. Will be some time before I give it another shot.

I got chicken al pastor and steak in my bowl. At the time I was ordering they were out of steak and I had to wait an extra 3 to 5 minutes for steak and I ordered double protein but my scoop of steak wasn't even half a scoop. It was like 10 individual pieces. The people on the line also have some of the worst attitudes I've ever seen.

Food was wrong and poorly made. Steak and chicken are both dry and chewy. The staff is extremely rude and doesn’t bother to make resolutions for the guests. AVOID THIS LOCATION and go to elsewhere like Emi’s on Lafayette.
Yesterday, I placed an order for a company meeting through the app. After receiving the order, we realized all of the food was made incorrectly. This being an important company meeting, I went up to the store to see if I could get these items made correctly. When I went up to speak with someone who presented themselves as the manager (Cassie Strawder), she told me she knows she made them all correctly because she made them herself. I told her how specifically the bowl that I ordered had lettuce on it and I know I did not order it that way because I cannot eat lettuce. She got very upset with me and told me to call 1-800-Chipotle for a refund. I told her I did not want a refund, and I only wanted my food made correctly. She flat out told me she was not remaking it and asked me to move out of the way so she can help the next person behind me. I told her that I was just going to reorder the entire order so my company has food to eat and she got an attitude with me and walked away and left her employee (John L) to deal with our whole order. He did great making the order over! I just couldn't believe I was practically denied service as a paying customer!! I called 1-800-Chipotle to get the refund of the first order, but since it was over $100, they have to get a hold of the store to confirm. So pretty much were out of $100 and experienced the absolute worst customer service I have ever had.

After a rough week I didn’t want to cook, so I had a taste for chipotle. Waited patiently. Staff you could tell was going through the rush short staffed. I get minors need breaks. The guy on the line dishing it out without showing attitude is an A team employee. He knew the struggle and was still doing his job as best he could. Didn’t catch his name but shout out to him! Keep it up!

This is one of the slowest Chipotles I have ever been to in my entire life. And trust me, I have been to MANY. I am a fan for life… but somehow every time I visit this restaurant I question everything. I could have 3 people in front of me but there might as well be 25 the way these guys move. It’s been like this for years. They are lucky their product is incredible. If you have the time, save yourself the trouble and go to the Chipotle on route 18 in Medina.
