I never read reviews but felt like I had to on this one. I work in Medina and stopped for lunch here. I was instantly greeted and for the first time ever at any chipotle when I asked for extra white rice I got tons of it. The portion size I got of meat and topping was 50% bigger than I’m used to at other chipotle’s. The staff was super friendly. I highly recommend this location!

Crazy when a 3 dollar Taco Bell value menu burrito is bigger than a burrito that’s supposed to be . 2X chicken and barbacoa , rice , beans , tomato, corn , fajita , and cheese. Was hoping this would be better than others in area …clearly probably not .

Me and my family decided to give this location a try and were so disappointed. I just don’t understand why when you select extra rice or extra anything they never give a proper portion size. Why offer extra when they never give it to you. I am so devastated that we spent so much to have a lackluster meal missing so much protein. Chipotle needs to do better. Definitely don’t waist your money.

I don’t normally ever leave reviews, but the fact that this was a grand opening and the food tasted bad I had to leave a review. It was a grand opening and when we came in and started our order we got no nice greeting, smile or anything. something you would definitely expect on the first day of opening a new business. Had to keep asking to get more put on our meals as in literally was given a half scoop of chicken and rice and a pinch of cheese. Then Go home and eat the food and it just is dry and doesn’t taste quite right not like the other locations in the area. I will say it was very clean in there and the workers were doing great cleaning up things all around the store. Not a great first experience. We will give it another shot but like seriously the first day should be amazing.
