Cute coffee place! Found this place on google when driving and was so happy I did. Decorated so well for the holidays, amazing staff who were so helpful and welcoming, a ton of seating inside. Today was so busy with it being Black Friday but it was easily manageable. Drinks and food came out so fast. I will be recommending this place to my friends!

I thought I received the wrong order because the chicken salad tastes like tuna salad. But if you like tuna, it's fine. The mocha tasted like a lukewarm, weak latte but no, that was what this coffee house serves as a mocha. So again, if you like a $5 lukewarm milk, it's fine. We also waited a half hour for the coffee, which may be why it was not hot?
I wanted to respond to the response. I went to the counter twice to ask about my coffee and was told twice that it wasn't ready. After being called for the lunch order, my friend went up a third time and the coffee was sitting on the back counter. It was the same one I'd pointed out the second time I went up and the gal said that wasn't it. I would have asked for it to be redone but I didn't want to wait another 45 minutes.

Everything was really good. What a great menu selection. Coffee was really good as well, very well balanced flavor. Ample seating and laid back atmosphere. Felt comfortable catching up with a friend here for a few hours! Definitely will be back!!

Cool Beans is Medina’s universal meeting place for me. Need a place to work for a few hours? Perfect. Meeting up with friends on the weekend? Come on over. Small business owner looking for a place to bring clients or employees? Yep, Cool Beans would work. I live 45 minutes away and I still find myself hopping on the freeway about once a month, whether it’s to read a book and enjoy the people watching on a Saturday, or to work for 4 hours while enjoying delicious food and drink on a Monday.
Stopped in for the first time Ordered 2 cups of potato soup and 2 wraps The wrap was good..the potato soup was horrible. It was like white paste..no potatoes at the bottom a small piece the size of a dime. No flavor..we left it
As I was waiting for my coffee..my daughter got hers and they were making mine One of the girls said to me ..really snarky, are you waiting for something? I said yes, they are making my cold brew..she had an attitude

Got their breakfast burrito bc I couldnt understand paying 7.20 for a biscuit with egg and sausage on it. Rather j go to dunkin. The burrito was soggy, with poor meat and got thrown away after a bite. Usually one to let staff know and switch it out but was a busy day and appetite was ruined anyways. Nothing like 30$ for 2 coffees and 2 burritos to then get asked for a tip.

Excellent coffee and food. Opted for a coffee flight to get to try a variety and was impressed. The Cuban sandwich was delicious and came with a pickle and chips. Others I was with had various sandwiches as well as flights and were all happy with the selections.
It took about 10 minutes in line waiting to order which was good because by the time we were ready to order a table had opened up. Well worth the visit and I'll be looking to pick up some of their coffee online in the future.

I ordered the 16 oz hot mocha yesterday, honestly, I was looking forward to getting coffee from Cool Beans because I have heard so many good things about this place. But my mocha tasted like milk and syrup, I barely taste the chocolate and coffee. I was a little disappointed. I’m not a regular customer, because i don’t live there, so I’m not sure that the mocha could have taste differently in different day or with different barista.
The service was fine, the lady that took an order probably had a long day already, she barely smiled. The atmosphere was great and cozy.
