staff was funny and polite. they were expedient and the like. Showed up an hour before close and ordered a single bacon cheese burger meal.
I got home, took three bites of the burger and ate canned peas instead. Thats how bad it was.

For anyone who hasn't had Culver's, although it is a bit pricey, it is amazing quality for what you pay for, and the service at this location in particular is amazing. I recommend the butter burger, any form of their ice cream, and cheese curds. This is a great place to stop at if you are in the Midwest.

First time here because we're from out of town. For fast food Burger joint the food was actually very good. Thank you for not pestering us for a tip while we are paying. Just because we were not asked, I gave the girl a tip and thanked her.

Shrink-flation has come to Culver's. The filet in the fish sandwich is about half the size of what it used to be. I am glad that I was still in the parking when I took the top bun off of my sandwich (I'm trying to cut my carb intakes). I was gobsmacked when I saw that skinny filet sitting on top of the lettuce and cheese. It has been a while since my last visit to Culver's. But I remember the filet being much larger. Next time I will take a picture.

I got the mushroom and Swiss burger and it was good but just a tad dry. Would of liked for them to add a bit more mayo on it but now I know to ask for a bit extra. The custard was really good tho, no notes. Service was really good as well, it was very busy when we went and they were fast and friendly. Will go again for sure

We waited for 25 minutes for the food and they forgot some of the order. We went back and they did not apologize or acknowledge the error. They would not give us a refund even though the other food was cold and ice cream had melted. Manager told me “that’s how she was trained”.
Can't get enough of their food❤️ Cathy is absolutely the best I've ever come across in the fast food services. She is such a people person, sweet, friendly and just hilarious, she works in Medina on rt. 18. ❤️❤️

You really need some cones like Chick-fil-A to prevent people from forming multiple lines for pickup and blocking everyone in. The amount of profanity my kids had to hear from others is mind boggling. I would have left without my $35 worth of food if I could! At least the food is good...

I love the food so so much. But I need to start checking the bag before leaving. A $20 shrimp dinner with no sauce 3x in a row is disappointing! And could I please have my ice cream in a bag? They just handed me a pint lol
