We just went through the drive thru and we were a little upset with our experience, we pulled up and sat for a while and a kid named Logan came on and took our order, we ordered a butterfinger concrete, and a small chocolate custard in a cup, the kid got confused (not a problem) asked if wanted chocolate, we said yes he started laughing, we repeated the full order, he asked is a dish okay and laughed again, he turned off his mic for a minute or two and came back on laughing with other people in the background laughing too, asking for us to repeat again, we did. Then he asked if we wanted chocolate, after 5 times back and fourth, sitting there for 5 minutes and getting laughed at we left, I understand having fun at work but laughing at customers and getting them involved in some joke isn’t okay,

The food was very good, however, the service was not as friendly at this location. We have never experienced this at other Culver Restaurants so I believe it was just the employee having a bad day.

I just wanted to take a moment to highlight Lisa, the manager. Every time I visit, she creates a welcoming atmosphere that makes the experience enjoyable. Lisa greets everyone with a smile and ensures that each guest feels valued, which really sets the tone for a great meal.
