A very nice young man took care of us. He was polite, noticed we were waiting right away, and did the minor customization I asked for (use chocolate base ice cream).

Yesterday I stopped at this location and ordered some pretzel sticks with Queso sauce and this is what I received ? I was very disappointed! I’ve never had Queso sauce served like this and it went straight into the trash. Look how thick this is!!!!
Employees purposely ignored me store is open till 10, I arrived at 9:40 waiting patiently. At 945 I circled the building and yep employees still inside so I pulled back to the menu and they continued to ignore me. That’s not service

Ordered a peanut butter milkshake with extra peanut butter and a triple double cheese burger.
The burger was good enough, but that milkshake.. I watched the man scrape the can of peanut butter sauce desperately trying to get out a ladle full to no avail.
You would think he would grab a new can and pull from that, but nope! Now I've got a vanilla milkshake with a hint of peanut butter.
