A server named Hollie was the best server i ever had. she was very pleasant and fun to talk to. i live a couple hours away from this dennys but i would go those extra hours to see her again. she is the sweetest girl i ever met you will not be disappointed going to this dennys.

Megan was an amazing server! On a long road trip headed home on Easter Sunday late, we walked in to Denny’s. Even though it was late, and a holiday she was friendly and attentive. The whole staff actually seemed to really enjoy their jobs. It was an awesome atmosphere, and the food was awesome! Thank you!!!Dietary restrictions: They clearly mark gluten free on the menu and even have gf English muffins!

On Friday 3/22/24 , my Dad & I had a wonderful meal, BUT then the worst happened. I was charged for someone else's meal ! When I called the night manager Bryan was very professional & said I will be getting a refund the next day along with a phone call. Hope a manager refuses to give me a refund for the check I paid that wasn't mine. I was told Hope said it's impossible to give a refund. No one from establishment has tried to call except Byran Arnold. Horrible customer service.

Upon entering at 6:45am ( no other customers), as a party of 2 , we were grumbled at, the server presented herself with an attitude from the depths of the deep freezer. "What do you want?" We asked for a few minutes to look over the menu, it has been a few years since our last visit, she rolled her eyes. When we did place our order about 3 minutes later, my mom asked, if she could get her eggs cooked over easy, instead of scrambled, the server acted like this was the most atrocious thing that could have ever been asked of her. Within minutes of placing our simple order, I canceled it, offered to pay for our drinks and then left. I have never left a restaurant before like this. We went down to street to Bob Evens and were greeted with a smile and a very different feeling. So do yourself a favor and stay away from Denny's at Rt 18 and 71 in Medina, until you want service with a nasty attitude.
