It’s a great place to go to get the wrong order, from a menu that a season behind schedule, delayed, with poor customer service from the employees that work there. Inside or in the drive through, no welcome, no hello, just what do you want. Be prepared to wait an unreasonable amount of time while they stand around and then be told “we’re out of that” with an attitude that you’re interrupting their social time. This has been my experience over several visits, the latest being my last.

This is the only dunkin I dont mind going to. Never a long wait, my order is always correct, polite employees, great service.

When they have what I've ordered on the app it's correct and typically fairly fast. That said many times what is available on the app isn't available in the store so I have to take a substitute. Also, they are pretty rude and lack basic customer service skills/manners. They never say hello when I come in or apologize when they don't have something I've ordered on the app.

Complete trash! No one says anything to you or even lets you know there is an ordering kiosk. After I placed my order I watched them fill 7 drive through orders that all came in after mine! I only ordered a small black coffee. I got a refund and left. Do not waste your time here!!!!!

Not sure if I'm visiting at a good time, but each time I've been here in the afternoon, I've been able to drive in and out quickly. I always grab some donuts and they're mostly fresh. Staff has been friendly and knowledgeable for me each time. My only complaint is that I sometimes get slightly stale donuts. Prices are decent for a Dunkin.

It’s awe-inspiring the level of complete apathy they have as they mill about, ignoring you for 10 minutes, ungreeted, waiting by the drive through window. Love that for them. If only we all could be so unbothered by our jobs and obligations. (Let’s not forget it’s the company’s fault for paying wages not high enough to attract anyone who gives a damn).

Also, thrice now they have been out of the items I came here for, which tracks with other reviewer’s experiences. A poorly managed franchise, for sure.

It will be a long time before I visit this Dunkin again. Service is very, very slow. I had to wait 25 min for my bagel sandwich and potatoes. Consistently the selection of donuts is extremely low. The sad part is the concern for providing customer service is almost non existent. There have been a couple of associates that I met there that did care. Shame on this owner/manager who obviously doesn't care about customer service. Because if you did it would show.

Absolutely horrible!!! Came into the store, the 2 workers said nothing to my husband and I. When we placed our order at the kiosk inside, it was literal ignored. We ended up asking for a refund on our two small regular coffee. This is sad if this is what our future work force is smh!!!

Drinks are usually made right when I stop by occasionally. Customer service in the early morning is horrible. No effort to to communicate hello or goodbye or even tell me how much I am being charged for what I order. This location is lacking.

Looks like they have worked out the new business kinks, at least for walking into the store. It was clean, service was super friendly and I asked for a modification that was done quickly without any issue.

I always order a basic coffee(regular, midnight roast, etc), and have done so here many times. The overwhelming majority of the time, the coffee is very poorly made. It's always very weak/watery, tastes bitter, and is just a huge disappointment. I typically like a stronger coffee, but this is in comparison to other Dunkin locations.

I ordered a plain bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese. Can someone explain to me why this store is the only one that I have been to that does not put the cream cheese on the bagel? I’m driving. So i either have to wait till i get to my destination or pull over to put the cream cheese on the bagel. Have employees gotten that lazy that they cant put it on for a customer in drive thru?? You really need to do better with training or your expectations for the staff.

Love how fast my order is ready! Dunkin’ never disappoints! The service here is always quick and friendly, and my order is made just the way I like it every time. The coffee is always fresh, the breakfast sandwiches come out hot, and the donuts are perfectly soft and delicious. The staff does a great job keeping the line moving even when it’s busy, and the store is always clean and welcoming. This has definitely become my go-to Dunkin’ location, and I’ll keep coming back daily!
