Attempted to charge double for a drink and a hasbrowns. When questioned they were rude. Always out of key ingredients for drink. Pay the extra dollar or 2 and go to starbucks.

Very rude in drive through, I went to other dunkins and when I order the minis with cream cheese , they were hard and cold, her response was there supposed to be like that or the cream cheese will evaporate. No there not and no it doesn't if you know how to make them correctly, well she made the order again burning them. Maybe you need more training girls because if it's too cold then you remake them and now there too hot. Maybe you should put the temperature somewhere on the middle, it's only common sense and I don't even work there. I am so sick of dealing with stupid and Rude. Im in a customer service job and by far the girl at the window today 08/20/25 at 12:40pm should be trained on how to speak to customers because without customers you wouldn't have a job lady !

I don’t even know why I still come to this location anymore. All I get is flavored sewage water for an iced coffee and nothing I’ve tried has fixed the wildly disgustingly inconsistent drink I receive every single time. Keep in mind, I only ever order one coffee with 4 creams, 1 sugar, 2 brown sugar syrup, and 1 cookie dough syrup. That’s the only drink I ever order and it seems to me like they don’t even read the screen when they make their coffee here. No one in there seems to care about quality especially not the management. There is no quality control. My drink tastes a different kind of disgusting every time I get it.

This Dunkin Donuts location in Medina is great. Austin who works the window is very kind, friendly, and always has a great attitude! Dunkin needs more employees like Austin!

I’m only putting this review in cause I know what it’s like to work at Dunkin and I cannot fathom how this mistake happened. Hashbrowns were not “cold” they were literally frozen. Like ice in them. Not like they had been sitting in the warmer- like they had been put in the oven for 5 seconds and given to me. Is the oven broken? Did you forget to put them in the oven? No idea. Coffee and bagel was great though! Kind boy at the window.

Rudest staff every time lady taking my order cut me off each item I started to say or would finish the name of the item as I’m still saying it. When I got to the window the guy got mad I had Apple Pay and just looked at me till he felt like taking my payment. He said absolutely no words handed me my items stopped and looked at me like I was in the way. They forgot to give me an item and when I was pulling away I was yelled at like it was my fault.

Haven’t had many issues with them getting my order wrong, but the wait is absolutely ridiculous especially the drive-thru. More than once I’ve been stuck waiting for 20+ minutes in the drive-thru and waiting awhile up at the window for a mobile order. Definitely recommend the location on Wooster Pike!

I placed my mobile order at 2:28. Simple 3 items. Arrived at 2:35. Finally got my order at 2:48. 20 minutes for a mobile order. Complete chaos and no accountability. Goodbye, will go to the new
one on Wooster.

Let me say that the time of day should not affect the quality of coffee you get but at this location, it does. Every time we attempt to get coffee after 12pm, it tastes burnt and our coffees are made poorly. They’re not changing out their coffee enough because it slows down around that time. Well, if you leave coffee on a burner, over time, it will burn and taste awful. The only employee that is nice is the older gentleman in the window. He takes him time and that’s perfectly ok. What is not ok are the employees I see roll their eyes at him because he’s taking a little longer to count out change. Incredibly rude and disrespectful.

One of my usual spots for iced coffee, today I overheard an employee smugly say she enjoys reading the bad reviews they get. The coffee wasn’t made right and was missing half the ingredients. Mind you there was no line, and this place is usually busy and putting out good coffee! Needless to say one employee with a bad attitude can ruin a place like that, i would fire this employee if you get the chance. 2/19/25 around 12:15pm
