The employees here are always awesome.They are always in a good mood despite the stress of the morning. My son and I went to this Dunkin on a Monday at 8:51. There was 4 people waiting infront of us. We waited for over 16 minutes and no one was helped in line. When someone said they would be with them in a minute the first person in line stated he'd been waiting for 30 minutes! The service is absolutely horrendous. They do seem to be making orders but definitely not for walk in people. This man was told to leave when he spoke loud and told them how long he'd been waiting. We never got our order as we left too. I go to dunkin alot. The last few months I've been less than satisfied when going in there. The wait is not worth the coffee or donut.

By far the slowest dunkin I've been too. You're better off driving 15 minutes to the Dunkin at 18 & 71 and getting your coffee before this one. Also, stop calling up only 1 car at a time, you're causing an absurd amount of traffic backup/confusion because you refuse to take more than 1 order at a

Bad service, make mistakes on orders and can't reach them on phone to complain ... Medina court street address not a good line cation that cares about customers make you feel your a bother. So the s is an add-on for the Medina, oh location on n court.....baaaaddd service, they stand around talking instead of waiting on customers have an excuse for everything as why they don't get orders out in a timing fashion. In particular there's a middle-aged medium heavy set lady with reddish blonde hair that when you complain because they take too long she argues with you and she even argued with me out the door as I'm asking her to please stop people need to stop going to this location and when they're out of a job because they don't know how to treat customers then no no why. I am so sorry for this as I want to like dunkin' donuts but this location needs to be reprimanded they need to be retrained of how to handle customers and to work at a business that deals with the public

This place has consistently slow service. This morning I went in to order coffee and was completely ignored by the staff. After 5 minutes of waiting at the cash register, I decided to go elsewhere. Please don't waste your time here.

Did a mobile order on my way to the location. Took over 20 mins for the food which was cold and never got my coffee. The lobby was completely full and only a handful of people got their order while the drive-thru kept a steady flow. Tried to approach who I believe is the manager who I typically see in the morning about my coffee and got nothing but excuses and attitude. If you want your order, I would suggest going through the drive-thru or the other location on 18.

Food was incorrect. Drink was messed up 2 times in a row. They forgot part of my food and were very rude about it. Customer service is substandard to say the least. The Karen sisters behind the counter make it a point that you are troubling them every time you open their mouth. Management is clearly not present and it takes more the 30 minutes to make it thru the drive thru even to get a messed up order.

Chase Faster

I've been going here for a couple years. It sucks to say but I'm gonna take a break from this place for a while. My order was wrong the past three times, it's gotten to the point where it wasn't a big deal if it was here or there but it's like every single time now. I get it, I could always food prep, and I should, but I'm coming here for the convenience. I work 12 hrs a day and it's tough to be prepared when working that much. It also sucks when not only your order is wrong but costs more because of it, especially when an item is missing. A few bucks here and there adds up over time. There was a blonde chick that worked there in the morning, she hasn't been there in a while. Ever since she left, the place has been going down hill. I know they're understaffed, I think the company should fix this issue. This being said, the vibes of the workers should be better too. It's not my fault you chose to work here, I just wanna get my breakfast and go. Your vibes should be chill and I shouldn't be rushed to get my food.

We like to go on Sunday mornings, but the inside counter service keeps getting slower and slower to the point there is no service. We were the third in line this morning and stood there for 12 minutes waiting for someone (anyone) to come to the register to take the order of the person in front of us. Finally we just gave up. I understand that there a lack of help but there were plenty of people apparently busy. Unfortunately, inside sales is not a priority.
