It's a Dunkin Donuts, don't expect delicious food. The coffee is good not great (like every Dunkin). I typically hit here for an early breakfast before other fast food places in the area are open and have waited over 5 minutes only once no matter the drive thru line size.

I will preface this by saying that the Cloud refresher I ordered was very good. However, I stood at the front counter for 5 minutes watching 2-3 staff members walking back and forth, never acknowledging me, while they kept filling orders for drive thru customers that arrived after I did. I had even made eye contact with one staff member only to be ignored. I finally had to verbally ask for service from one of the staff members, asking if I have to go through the drive thru in order to get service. I did not get an apology or thanks for waiting. I expect to be greeted by staff at the very least when walking into a shop like this. If they are busy and will be a minute, the staff can say that instead of ignoring customers. I was close to walking out without ordering. If this is normal business at this location, I wonder how much business may be lost from people not having time or patience to wait that long. The only positive is that I did get my items (donut holes, cloud refresher, and pumpkin loaf) quickly after ordering.

Why is it so hard anymore to get a good fresh hot cup of coffee from Dunkin' Donuts anymore? It's become nearly an impossibility. I guess I'll just go to Sheetz from now on their coffee honestly is just as good

The unprofessionalism is REAL! weekend staff today Saturday afternoon around 230pm we're the most incompetent crew I've ever experienced. Do they even go through any customer service training. And the order taker via speaker couldn't even pronounce any of the English language clearly AND couldn't comprehend a 2nd grader conversation. Donoughts thrown inside of a box with no food wrapping around. Cold bagel sandwich just a HOT MESS!

It's a great traditional Dunkin. It needs to disable mobile and order ahead. The drive thru regularly takes 5mins per a vehicle. They get a ton of walk-ins as well. The mobile order slows them down. Every mobile order I have placed was completed right away but I couldn't get to it for 20-30 minutes due to drive thru and inside lines. If you mobile order, choose the inside option only. You are often competing with the car dealerships often placing large orders during business meal times.

Coffee tastes extremely burnt & they almost forgot the other half of the online order.
Employees seem like they hate their job

This location is a joke lmao. I placed my order 15 minutes ahead of time knowing they would be behind, but I didn’t think they would actually take that long to make my drink. I walk in to the pick up counter and sure enough, someone is just placing my drink down. The shelf is a mess, there’s a few spilled drinks, and the place is just dirty. And of course as you tell by the photo, my drink is a disaster. I don’t even think they attempted to mix it. All of the peppermint mocha was completely at the bottom of the cup. Come on. Do better.

I ordered a bacon jam sourdough sandwich bread, extra toasted and then when I got my sandwich it was the wrong one but they corrected that right away so I was thankful for that. But then when I got my sandwich and got in my truck and started leaving to head to work I looked in my bread to make sure it was extra toasted and it wasn't toasted at all. So I don't know why you would call the bacon jam. Grilled cheese on the bread and fact is literally bread not grilled cheese, not toasted just bread and then when I specifically asked for it to be extra toasted and it's not, it makes it even worse.

Went to dunkin on a Tuesday morning and the customer service was very poor and the workers were rude. Tried to do a split payment and they told me they don’t do that and then proceeded to talk in a not so nice manner while the window was still open for me to hear. Been going to this dunkin for a very long time and have never been impressed with the employees, always very rude. Will definitely be finding a different dunkin to go to. Also waited at the window for a long time and was getting handed my stuff very aggressively.

We had to wait for so long at this Dunkin' for a drive-through, so plan your time accordingly if you want to get something from here

genuinely the rudest most annoyed employees ever, placed an online order, was rushed in line while they forced drinks at me, gave me my hashbrowns, left me sit for over 5 minutes to grab 20 munchkins…. confused on how it takes that long when i placed an online order.

For a charity event hosted by Ronald McDonald House NEO, I ordered 14 Jo Boxes to pickup at 6:30am from the Dunkin Donuts at 2739 Medina Rd. Not only was the order ready in full, but the personnel were extremely cordial and helpful. Shout out to Abbey and Rhonda and the other employees. Their assistance is very much appreciated and we will be back next year! Thanks so much!!

This place is always out of everything and always messes up the order. Just Uber Eats a half dozen donuts and it didn’t even come.

I will not be back at this Dunkin. I just had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. The woman that ran the drive through was so rude. They didn’t have the donut I ordered on mobile order. Totally not a big deal. So my husband asked what donuts they had, in a very kind tone. She said, “I don’t know” and huffed and puffed when he pressed her to go check. Again, in the kindest tone possible. She threw all of our donuts in a bag that looked like she threw them in there. She threw a wad of napkins at my husband in our car window when he politely asked if he could please have some napkins. I tried calling to talk to a manger, and they had their phones turned off. 100% Will not be back, and I suggest you find a different Dunkin besides this one. Yikes! There’s a nice one off the Strongsville exit. I’d go there instead!

Walk-ins do not seem to be a priority over drive-through here, maybe they're just short handed, maybe it's one of those poop rolls down hill kinda things & management doesn't emphasize walk-ins. The 2 doughnuts I got were both kinda stale & the chocolate tasted chemically :-/ The floors were straight up gross from the minute I walked in to the bathrooms like they hadn't been mopped all week :-( ONE BONUS = Three comfy chairs, a booth area, and outdoor patio seating. I wanted a decaf coffee but the employee told me they'd have to make some more so I assumed that'd take too long and didn't bother with a drink :-( Probably won't be going back to this location, though most Dunkin's haven't been worth the bother for years, unfortunately, especially with all the mom & pops doughnut shops around town.
