I used to go to dunkin every single day in a different city, the workers were always friendly and the drinks always tasted the same. This one is very inconsistent, half the time they don't have the donuts that I ordered and the employees only seem friendly in the morning. Every time I have stopped by after 12-1pm the employees were not friendly. I only go once in a while and most of the time left disappointed. I started going to the Starbucks down the road and it was an amazing experience the drinks tasted the same and the workers were always friendly no matter the time of day. I'd rather pay 6$ for consistency and great service rather than 3$ for inconsistent and subpar customer service.

The restaurant was so dirty. I had to use the bathroom while there and I was trying so hard to not touch anything. You can tell they don't regularly clean the restroom areas for sure. I won't be returning.

There coffee and drinks are good, but don't order food online. More times than not I get there and they are out of what I've ordered. They will then give me A choice of less expensive products to replace. Today I purchased a croissant for $2.89 and got a donut as a replacement because they were out of croissants. I've lost a lot of money ordering food on there app and them being out.

Just drive on past…Stopped here at start of our road trip! They were super disorganized. Six people working and they were out of sync. We went inside to order and there were people ahead of us in line. We must have waited over ten minutes before our order was taken. They just kept taking orders from drive up window and ignored those in person at the counter. Donuts were good. Coffee okay. Chai tea was not right- it tasted like coffee. Boo

Something has happened over past month, service moves at a snails pace. Feel terrible for the workers, they are clearly extremely understaffed. Wait times for drive throughs / mobile pick up are 30+ minutes. When you order ahead it’s not like you have another option when you’re greeted with the line to go somewhere else. Something needs to change.

Terrible terrible service the last couple of weeks. Sometimes it takes 20+ minutes to get through the drive through! This morning the line was wrapped around the building so I decided to go inside. I was the second person in line, the person in front of me was there for who knows how long before I walked in but after getting in line it was another 5 minutes before the worker spoke to him to get his order. Then I went up to the counter, she walked away and started filling mobile orders that they were clearly behind on (5-10 people waiting in the lobby for their mobile orders). I waited another 10 minutes without being spoken to, the line behind me now to the door. I finally just gave up and left.

This one used to be so good but lately they are so slow in the morning, clearly they’re understaffed. I mobile order 15 minutes before I’ll get there and it will still not be on the mobile order shelf when I walk in. I only order food items and they keep the bags lined up behind the register instead of on the shelf so I’m usually standing there for 10 minutes before I can finally get someone’s attention to hand me my bag that’s been sitting on their counter for probably 15 minutes or more.

Placing a pick up order here is such a gamble. It’s either there and you can grab your stuff and go or you have to stand and wait 20 minutes for something you ordered 8 minutes before even walking into the store. Very frustrating.
