The is no where to dine i did take out. Takeout area felt like an oven. Pizza was excellent normally like thin and crispy and this pizza is not that. Crust melt in ur mouth not too dense but light and airy. The end of the crust is crispy so succulent.I got a small deluxe pizza. The right amount of sauce, cheese and the toppings. Perfect balance.

I got the Buffalo chicken for the first time it was so gross way to much sauce and the chicken is just cheap chicken from a bag that tasted microwaved $27 for a low quality pizza.

We’ll start by their service is horrible. I’ve had chicken delivered to my neighbors. I’ve had call ahead sheet pizzas forgotten about mind. You they still want full price without even offering absolutely worst in town service foods decent though.

They forgot several items in our takeout order, but remade them for us after they closed, plus gave us a 20% discount on our next order. I was impressed by the quality customer service, especially on one of the busiest days of the year.

Pizza was excellent. Service personnel seemed a bit confused there allowing customers to stand for minutes out front before asking if they needed help. Just a little more organization would help.
The last three times we ordered the pizza has been undercooked. We mentioned this, this last time and they said they would make sure if was done. Once again undercooked, and the dough was uneven, some pieces were thicker and some were thin. Have been disappointed in the pizza.

1st visit to this location. I've been to Wooster location and liked it very much. I can now say the same for Medina! Excellent food prices staff all was correctly made and delivered with a smile.

They took two hours to deliver my pizza, called up there an hour in and they said it was done sitting on the oven, cold as could be by the time it got here. The price is ridiculous for the quality as well.
